I love the teas I purchased, but I couldn't access my past orders when I signed in to my account. A couple were on sale, so that was a bonus. I like getting the Pai Mu Tan organic white tea in 1 ounce packets so it stays fresher longer. I just open one at a time.

After buying some loose leaf tea (specifically oolong) elsewhere, we've come back to English Tea Store because the quality and taste is so much better. Thank you for the excellent tea and also the variety of sizes from which to choose from.
The quality of the tea purchased at the tea store is questionable... Both the Margaret's hope first flush as well as ASSAM TGFOP show only minimum smell and taste profiles. I am not sure why it's happening, maybe due to improper storage or increased age of the tea leaves. The prices in the store were lower than expected, but I assumed it was due to bulk buying - not inferior quality. I will re-think my approach next time.
I buy these cookies when I'm in London visiting my daughter and her family who live there. I discovered them years ago and I love them and thank you for being so fast with the delivery! I'm in the United States and we don't really have those cookies here. Because I've looked. I will certainly be buying more from the English Tea Store! Great experience!

The order took a very long time to ship; it was only shipped after I contacted them, 10 days later. The chocolate itself turned out to be old; more accurately, it tasted like peanuts in a bar.
The cookies are good. They came quickly and the price was good. At first I thought they were past the "best before 06/12/25"date. Then I realized since are British that date is December 6,2025 not June 12,2025. Those dates don't bother me however and if others in the house think they are past date then I just get to eat more!

I am a big fan of Simpkins Travel Sweets and your prices are terrific! Unfortunately many flavors are sold out. One thing I'd like to see is better packing. I bought about 7 tins of Travel Sweets and there was no packing material, only the tins rattling around in the box, so many of the tins were dented.
It was a very good experience, the website was easy to navigate, and the selections were laid out in a good order.
