I bought a $100 eshop gift card from their site from one of their sellers on December 18th. When I went to activate it for my brother on December 24th for his Christmas present, it was already activated. I tried to resolve this issue and 2 weeks later they sent me an email essentially stating that it wasn't activated when it was sent out and that they sided with the seller. Thank God for PayPal and their protection because I already got refunded from them and if I hadn't used them I for sure would not have the eshop card or the refund, I'd just be out $$. Luckily, Gamestop has digital delivery and Christmas was saved, more of the story, stay away from this sketchy site and save yourself the trouble by going with one of the official distributors. Nothing but scammers and skells here.
Bought a steam key at lower price than G2a and received a working code after 1 min. I can recommend this site.
Bought Football Manager 2023 but the key code didn´t work either on Steam or Epic Games. Heard good things about Eneba but now I wonder if i got scammed?

Once you do so, it will allow you to select which further platform you'd want to activate the game: Steam, Epic Games or the Microsoft store. That should solve this for you.

Please help me with this. 3 hours ago I bought a Fifa 23 game from their website with my last 40$ on my card and they gave me a used code. It's my birthday! Purchased a $100 Xbox gift card, which turned out to be an invalid key. I contacted Eneba support immediately (worst customer service I've ever experienced, very rude and came across like didn't want to help and made me feel like I was wasting their time). I had to provide Eneba with a screenshot of the error message and my Xbox account name, okay fair enough.
They then made me contact Xbox support and ask Xbox what's wrong with the key and the date it was activated, which was very inconvenient and awkward, but Xbox were really nice about it and replied saying "Sorry but the key had never been activated 'paid for' and I would have to return to the seller for a refund."
I sent Eneba a screenshot of this and they said they'll forward it to the seller and will message me when they hear back, that was almost 2 weeks ago, now every time I contact Eneba to see what's happening, they just say there is nothing they can do and I just have to be patient and wait on the seller to respond.
Thank god I paid using PayPal, so I can file a transaction dispute via PayPal.
If you are thinking about buying a key from this website, keep in mind that it might be a used/fake key and you'll then have to wait 2-3+ weeks to get your money back.

I live in Lithuania and when i want to buy xbox game pass key from them, it is always written, that the region is wrong. On every live key is written about wrong region, but they have no keys that will actually suit Lithuania. Even if you buy Europe or Global live key it is always written about wrong region, but it always worked and i had no issues since few days ago i bought Europe key as always, but it didnt worked because it had wrong symbols. Eneba responds with bots as always. No problem solutions were found, they jus keep writing me about wrong region despite that they dont have key, that would suit Lithuania. I never had any issue with them, and now they cant even try to fix their page and give their customers right information. Looks like they scam people on purpose. What is even more funnier, that founders of Eneba are from Lithuania, but they are scamming their nacionals with no regrets. I was your loyal customer for a long time, but now I see the concept of this page is to earn money and they dont even think about respecting and helping their customers. Please be cautiouts, because you never know when you will loose your money. Never buying from them again. Pinned photos with examples, that it is impossible to find key on their page, where it would be written that it works in Lithuania. Avoid them at all costs!

You see, while it is true that the key offer in the example you've showcased is for the GLOBAL region, there are still some restrictions on where it can be activated. Firstly, you need to keep in mind that the term Global merely refers to the key being eligible to redeem in more than just one continent, but still may have further limitations on specific regions, hence checking the restriction list is always a recommendation. Furthermore, we must discuss the sad topic of Xbox Live services not being available across the globe either, several countries, including our very own HQ in Lithuania, have considerable inconveniences due to the fact, which makes all Xbox/Microsoft digital content keys non-redeemable by default. Before, it would be enough for a user to set their account's region to a different country, but nowadays Xbox/Microsoft is taking into consideration your physical location (or at least I.P.), over your account's region. This means that the only way to activate it would be to change your actual physical location.
We do not wish to deceive any of our lovely users and simply want to put up as much information as is necessary to understand the most relevant parts of the offers from our page, how to activate them and any restrictions that may be applied. Keeping all that in mind, if you did purchase a key and had some activation issues - the best way to solve them is via our resolution center I.E. Making a ticket at eneba.com/lt/support

Duplicate keys are sold via this platform and if you report it nothing will be done. Eneba sides with the fraudulent sellers and ignores all of your provided proof. Your money is obviously also gone.

Scammed...
Purchased a £50 Nintendo switch gift card and when it was received and inputted into my device I was told "this code has already been used"
I let Eneba correct the issue and supplied all evidence they required... but nothing got done. Thank god I paid using PayPal where I now have opened a dispute against them!

Deposited $40 into my account + a 86c transaction fee (happy to pay) but only $4 was deposited. Apparently the 86c fee is for $4 not $40. I sent them a screen shots of everything and they have admitted an error on there side has happened but due to there t&c i refund is not possible. Wow! Avoid them if you don't want your money stolen!

One of my favorite grey market sites for steam keys, I've bought quite a few games on here and all the keys worked no problem, and when I had an issue with one they got me a new one in under an hour. Only downside is games you get with keys can not be refunded but that's not on the site but on steam.

ENEBA is a scam website. Okayfreedom bought for 1 year after 12 days okayfreedom doesn't work. ENEBA doesn't want to refund my money or make okayfreedom work? So don't buy from these scammers. There was nothing about 10 GB per month when I bought them, they just corrected the website after. And many software is free to try while sold at ENEBA example bitdefender is FREE for 6 months?

Please note that all of our product descriptions always properly describe what will be included with your purchase and once a key is displayed, our support team is not able to provide you with a resolution. Refund or key replacement is only possible in these cases:
Key hasn't been viewed.
Key is invalid.
Key has already been used before the purchase happened.
Those are absolute conditions for refund to happen. If either of them are not applicable, our support team is simply not able to provide any additional resolutions, due to the nature of digital keys and the inability of neither our support team, nor a seller to revoke a key after it has been viewed.

So I went to shop at Eneba on 6/11 because I thought it was safe based on Reviews but guess what I went and bought a 100 dollar psn card from their website. And as soon as I got it I went to the psn store to redeem it. It says that voucher is incorrect and does not work. So I went through the hassle of sending them screenshots of everything and proving from PlayStation chat the guy said he has no record of that code being activated or existing. 3 days pass and still no response. If you want to never see your money and lose almost 100 dollars shop here.

I had bought a vanilla visa gift card to use on eneba, i tried using it but it kept saying error, after a while i tried again snd it said there was no funds, i checked and it said somebody had charged all the money i had on google play which i dont even use i have an iphone and the card was brand new, and what i alos noticed are the time stamps, it was charged minutes ahead of my time, if youre planning to buy from eneba please be careful

Got the right key for fifa 22in minutes, and I suffered from a technical issue in EA servers and contacted eneba support who reacted professionally and advised me to try again and it worked.
Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
