I was sure the key are from official distribution but this keys are from resellers and many of them are used. SCAM LIKE G2A.
Used keys and no money back, cos i didnt activate key immediately and reseller will activate your key after few days if you not activate and they tell you that You could activate cos the date is after Your purchase. SCAM!
I had 4 successful purchases, and then out of nowhere i was unable to purchase.
After contacting support i was told i was disabled to "protect my account" for "suspicious behaviour". Purchasing more than one item is apparently suspicious
After 2 weeks back and forth to support, along with being told i was unable to follow simple instructions, my account was deleted at my request due to the sheer ineptitude of the support i received. Apparently only one person in a household can use one device to purchase from their site.
So Emma Rogers, if you are reading this. You have completely failed to do the only job you had.
Would actually rate zero but 1 is lowest.
I only used them because they were the cheapest seller (just) for the code i wanted.
The whole thing was stressful from start to finish

I'm truly sorry to hear about the bad experience you had in our page.
I was checking your tickets and I can understand why this was so frustrating for you. You were trying to take advantage of a good promotion that we were offering and after a couple of attempts, you were simply not being able to make the payment. I totally get it. But I must ask that you please try to see our side as well. If our system has blocked you due to suspicious behavior it's because your activity reflected exactly that. Which wouldn't have happened if you had only tried to purchase a couple of times, even if you had used different email addresses. Again, I understand that you were frustrated by the failed attempts and that you simply wanted to make your purchase. But as a Software Engineer, I'm sure you can also understand how our automated system would assume that several purchases made in a short period of time from the same source using different attributes can be taken as suspicious.
After your contact, we can get an idea of why this has happened but for an automated system, these attempts just seem like someone is trying to work around our security limitations. So, it ends up blocking the account to prevent it from being used without the owner authorization.
Now, I also know that you have contacted us and have stated that you are the owner of the account. But I'm afraid that simply not enough. That's exactly what someone that gained access to your account would tell us. I know that an experienced user like yourself has their own ways to protect your data and that what I'm saying may seem like silly excuses. But I ask that you consider that not all our users can protect themselves as you can. Most people still don't know how to protect themselves online. So, in order to resolve these sort of situations, we really have to go through the inconvenient process of review we started with you.
You preferred not to go through it, which is totally understandable. We just ask that you please try to see why we have to request it in the first place.

EDIT: After hours of contact we reached an agreement, issue is now solved. NOT a scam but could be more smooth of an process for sure.

Provide an non working key, they don't take responsibility at all.
Got a non-working key, they instruct me to contact THEIR supplier or contact Epic-Games myself for official proof that the key doesn't work. Suppling screenshots of the error message (they ask for this) is not enough after-all.
Feels like a huge scam. Paid full price for a key that doesn't work, Eneba not willing to take ANY responsibility at all. AVOID!

Amazing website, great variety of games for a cheap price, weekly sales are great too with huge discounts on popular games. Payment was easy peasy too, keys worked properly.
Neat website, can get games for cheaper than on steam, was very easy to use, there are even instructions on how to do everything properly so you'd have to try really hard to not receive your games.
I love Eneba! Their website looks really cool and they have some of the best games out there for really low prices! They even have giftcards which will be amazing for Christmas!
It's a new video game marketplace with cheaper prices than other websites and I have to say it looks very promising - payment was quick and easy and the one time I needed help customer support was very quick to respond and guide me through the process.
Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.

All our keys come from European distributors of legitimate keys. Unlikely other pages that sell this type of product, not everyone can sell in our page. To sell with us, one would need to have a registered company with proved experience in the business. What this means is that the quality of our product is extremely high. Mistakes can still happen, from time to time, some products need to be retyped so a typo in one of the codes is a possibility. But these are very rare cases. And we will, of course, help out if you find one of these problems.
