Ever since I discovered this shop, I get all my games from them. So far I have bought 3, and all of them are fine. Have yet to try the game time cards, but I trust they they also work. No bad experience! (They also often hosts sales, so that's a plus).
Honestly the best game card shop around. I got steam cards for myself and friends for them and it saved me money per transaction. This is the best!
I truly enjoy buying from this website because they support PayPal so I don't need to always hold my card. There is also option to pick the cheapest vendor or buy directly and that saves money! Game choice is good and I always find what I need.
The site has many cheap games, which will save you some money along the way. I bought my Swtich titles from them since it ended up cheaper and I preordered one more game. I just really like the site.

If you use a lot of time cards (like me), this is a site for you! They also have great wallet recharges, especially the Steam ones. Try it and I doubt you will regret it!
I personally recommend the site. All the games I got from it were fine, they didn't cost me an arm and a leg, and theirs customer service were responsive as well (I once panicked about the key, but it was just false alarm). I truly am happy with buying from the website
I never had problems with steam gift cards I got from them. It worked for me, if worked my friend (hence the gift part). I haven't tried the games, but their gift cards are valid and often cheap.
I am an avid fan of Elder Scrolls, and have bought the last missing pieces to my collection from them (I got Oblivion and latest expansion to ESO). They all worked like a charm!

I got my cousin the entire collection of Mario games (select titles, of course) for his birthday. The keys arrived almost as soon I paid for it, all worked and we safely downloaded the games to his console. The best thing is that the entire gift didn't cost us as much as we could have paid elsewhere! I stand by this website.
The games are cheap and there's a great selection (not to mention they are cheaper than in most places), if you time it right you can buy it at the sale. I am into indie games and had no issues with keys. Plain and simple, I trust them.
Bought Minecraft from them, no wait whatsoever. The difference between two versions was displayed when buying the item, so no issues with that either. It's just a great and cheap place to get games!

Charged Steam wallet and didn't have to wait too long to get the key. The code worked and there was no duplication. I already have my eye on few games that are cheaper here than anywhere else, so I have nothing to complain about.
Bought an HOI4 key explicitly advertised as being for the US region, bought it, was NOT for the US region and could not be used. I gave them a chance and spent 2 weeks repeatedly asking them when they are going to fix it, all they know how to say is "we are waiting to hear from our supplier".
After 2 weeks of repeated emails and the same response every time, I asked them when they were going to refund me, they pretended I didn't ask that question and told me again some canned response about "waiting from their supplier". Had to file a chargeback finally to get my money back. Interesting to see what lie they will come up with in response to this, since they seem to respond to all of these reviews.
Edit: The response below is true, they did send me a message after weeks of stringing me along, and conveniently "got a response" from their supplier as soon as their payment processor informed them that the transaction had been disputed, probably because you get penalized for chargebacks. I did get my refund but not from them returning it.
I have bought Sony PlayStation Network Card - 400 SEK from Eneba but the Key they have provided is not valid. I have contacted their customer support and after asking me to send 4 screenshots from different sections of my PSN account, they told me that they have to check this with their suppliers and since it's up to the suppliers (External process) to investigate the case, they don't know how long will it take to get this fixed. Looks like at Eneba, they don't care at all about their customer. I have paid the money and the money is apparently gone and nobody is responsible for this. This is a scam in my point of view! So, I strongly suggest that you don't risk buying from Eneba! I will update this comment if the problem gets resolved.

They're just plain frauds. They hide important info and gamble on you missing it, then refuse to refund.

I'm very sorry you feel that way. I can assure you that we have no intention of making the information hard to see or in any way misleading.
I was checking your ticket and, from what I could see, the product you bought was the latest DLC for Final Fantasy XIV, Shadowbringers. As it's visible in the product's page, this key is not valid with the Steam version of the game. This information is not only clearly mention in capital letters at the beginning of the warning as we also made sure to put it in a place where it's easily accessible. The warning is right below the top of the page, next to the images of the game and above the description and offers we have available. I understand that in the rush of buying a new game you may not see everything, but the fact is that the was there and was in no way hidden.
Unfortunately, since the product you've received is the one described and since the key was already displayed, we're not able to refund it. I hope you understand.

Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
