I made the same mistake to buy a cd key here... they provide me an invalid cd key for steam! After email contact they told me to buy a new one because I live in the wrong region which isn't true... don't go here!
Best shop I know when it comes to CD keys for games and gift cards. Delivery is fast, purchases are simple and easy and keys work. Not to mention the awesome offers. You can get some classic, critically acclaimed games like Fallout 3 or Mass Effect 2 for less than 10 euros! Insane.
Do not buy anything on Eneba.com they are scammers, they charge you immediately, they keep your money with a change of mail which is useless
Made multiple purchases on this store and I never had issues before. Neither did my friends. I'd say its legit.
I could not activate the game, as the code was already used. I have contacted support, who requested full screen screen shots of my Microsoft account order history, subscriptions, and error I received when I entered my key.
I provided support with all of the requested information, and they claimed that they had "proof" I activated the key.
This is the response I received:
"We've just got a reply from our suppliers. They've confirmed that the key was unused and valid at the time of your purchase and that it has since been activated. They have ways to confirm this directly with the game's producer, something that we're not able to ignore. Unfortunately, considering all the above and as you'll certainly understand, we won't be able to proceed with the refund of this order. As stated on our Terms of Service, we can only refund your purchase on the absolute condition that the key was not used after your purchase.
If you still feel that more investigation should be done, feel free to create a new ticket and provide us with any information you believe will help with your case. We would be happy to review it once again. For now, however, this request has been closed."
Additionally, I noticed that the site claims that I rated "Top Gun Games" as "Excellent", which I absolutely did not do. There doesn't seem to be a way to change this false rating. BUYER BEWARE! SCAMMED!
Great store. I love how you can get so many games for a very cheap price. After I discovered this site I doubt I'll ever buy games directly from service platforms like Origin or Steam.
Great selection of games for a cheap price. Found some really old good ones like Fallout 3, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, GTA: San Andreas - most of the time they don't even cost 5 euros.
I have bought a faulty code from this amataur company like 3/4 weeks ago and still no answer. I feel screwed over and I will never use it again. AVOID people..
I like this site and I always return here. Just a few days ago I bought Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville and it works like a charm. Received the key in time. I don't understand people who blame Eneba for scamming. Neither me, nor my friends ever got scammed at this store.
Bought Borderlands 3 not long ago and it worked like a charm. Overall, I like "Eneba" for great prices, fast service and reduced risks when buying keys.

As the title states, I recommend the site. It's cheap, fast and not complicated. You can shop for both games or game cards, and they tell you which region the product belongs to.
I gave 60 euros to buy the forza horizon 4 ultimate edition when my money was spent on her corporate account instead of sending me my code it was just a mistake but the money disappeared from my account. I tried to contact the company but it was in vain

I really love this store! Ever since I discovered it, I do all my shopping there, for Nintendo games or WoW cards, and I am very happy with their prices.
Their games are good, prices also work me. I am only an occasional gamer, but this store is my go-to place for my needs.
Probably one of the better stores around. If you want to save up a few bucks, this is a place for you (speaking about PC only, though, haven't tried anything else). They are quick and it's easy, with new payment methods being added. So yeah, so far so good!
It's just that simple: I like this website. They are quick to react and I can always check if a game works in my region. And they do not take too much money out of my pocket, so all is great!
Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
