My account had been hacked and the company couldn't be anymore useless if they tried. Won't let me receive any sort of a refund. Over £80 lost and the company wasn't helpful or understanding. My details had also been used for another gaming company and I managed to receive a full refund so make sure you use Offgamers instead. MONEY GRABBING PEOPLE!
Great site. Sorry to the others whom it has failed. I have spent 50 bucks on 200 dollars worth of games. Shadow of tomb raider, la noire, batman, brutal legend, RE 2 to name half. All worked.

Judging from some negative reviews I was a little hesitant to shop here but I decided to buy something anyway (Deus Ex: Invisible War). To my surprise, everything worked perfectly. I received the Steam key right after the purchase and launched the game with no issues. Seems that this service is good.

Really happy about descovering this store as a gamer. Really cheap prices for popular AAA games that cost quite a bit, also the site is rather easy to use. I bought overall 4 game keys from here and all arrived really fast, straight to my email, and then i activated them without any problem on Steam. Really happy with them as they offer superb deals quite often.
After buying a card, I go to punch it in and it doesn't work. I go to file a ticket and get hit with wall after wall of demands for proof and screenshots of private information. Hesitant as I was, I went above and beyond to give them the information they needed.
Now my claim has been sent off site. With no ETA or even a guess at how long it'll take.
Scam site. Don't buy. These people aren't worth your money.
EDIT - They copped out of giving me so much as a replacement. This is the excuse.

Yeah. I paid for a card that didn't work for me and was activated elsewhere. Supplied all the information I could, they won't do anything.

Eneba features a very large selection of cheap games. Older triple-A titles are available here for a very good price.
I used to buy games directly from Steam but once I found Eneba, I discovered that most games can be purchased significantly cheaper here.
Bought a couple of game keys here and i have to say their prices are the best, often i find discounts. Keys arrive to mail fast and all worked well, so shout out to them
I purchased a fortnite honor guard skin code. My code arrived immediately but that code was already redeemed.
Eneba's support helped me in 1 day after my code was sent and they gave me a good key. I recommend this site warmly.
Eneba stole $12 from me by selling me a bad cdkey. I ordered Minecraft months ago from them and it worked fine. I ordered a 30-day Warcraft cdkey but when I used it on the Bnet app it said the key had already been used (redeemed). I approached Eneba and they had me send them screen shots of each step to redeem the key which I did. They still refused to acknowledge the problem and lied to paypal saying that the cdkey was verified before selling it to me. I'm currently working with my bank's fraud division. There are better cdkey sellers. Leave this one alone.

Bad treatment by eneba
OK i decided to treat myself with eneba to game codes as with everything what has been going on lately so i dont go crazy bored this site was good at first all other game codes worked and play perfectly till i came across citiesxl version 2012 OR VERSION 2011 PLEASE DO NOT BUY AS THIS STUDIO HAS CLOSED AND GAME WONT WORK EVEN THOUGH STUDIO IS NOW FOCUS LATEST VERSIONS OK
Eneba allows sellers to sell these codes to customers after i contacted them stating game studios have closed how can you allow this is ripping customers off ok i even asked for credit to spent back with them not now if they are ripping me off lost my money

I bought a key for doom eternal for what I thought was ps4, it wasn't it was to be used on Bethesda. Once I had realised my mistake and attempted to at least try it on ps4. The code was too big. I contacted via their ticket service which said to provide pictures of the key as part of the proof. However, they refused to refund as I had displayed the key (which they asked for)! So now I am money out of pocket, with an item I can't use but they could easily have provided to someone else and refunded me. Avoid these thief's at all cost!

I bought a key from Eneba after buying the key they said the key is not working in my region. They refused to give me a key that is working in my region and did not refund me. When I was buying the key I did not see any indication if the key will not work in my region or not. I asked them several times to refund my money or give me a working key in my region they refused.

I purchased a game 16 days ago from there. They sent me a key that had already been used. They asked for screenshots of my library and licenses which i provided almost 10 day ago. Since then they stopped responding to emails. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They might have cheap prices because that's what they want to achieve, to scam people. Avoid this store.

If it works, it works. If not than kiss ur Money Goodbye u never get it back. I got a duplicate code and even after providing the proof they asked and after weeks nothing. They just point at the supplier and they refuse refund or replacement until the supplier says so. Only way to get ur money back is PayPal and don't wait longer as 2 days it's not worth it. If you don't get it by then, well my guess you never will.

Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
