I was forced by a scammer to pay through this platform. The support team of eneba shows no willingness to track who claimed this gift card to track the scammer nor to cancel the card and refund me the money
I bought 6 xbox live cards from this site awhile ago. Only used 1 on the day of purchase and was saving the other 5 for later use when needed. When I went to use the other 5 they are already used... they are saying they habe been used and will not refund or replace the codes even though I did not use them. They resold the codes after selling them to me and someone else used them! They made double profit buy reselling codes I was saving for later use! Do not buy from them and think you can hold onto codes for awhile. They will sell then again to make more money and screw the first buyer out of everything!

I want to share my personal experience as a former employee of Eneba. My time working for this company was extremely disappointing, I feel it is important to provide an honest account of my experience to help others considering employment with them.
The most important part is that my trainer intentionally wanted me to type 'PR' into the search bar to reveal potentially visited 'certain' websites while looking at my search history (And then take a screenshot) to try to mock me in front of my coworkers. Initially, I was confused because I didn't realize what he had done until later. I'm worried that he might be engaging in this practice with other new employees, causing them to experience the same situation.
Apart from this incident, I encountered numerous issues that significantly impacted my professional well-being. The work environment was characterized by a lack of respect and a general disregard for employee well-being. Management consistently failed to address concerns, leading to a pervasive sense of frustration and demoralization among the workforce.
Additionally, there was a blatant disregard for work-life balance. I consistently found myself working on a hectic schedule without proper compensation even on national holidays. The workload was overwhelming and unrealistic, resulting in excessive stress and burnout. This company and their team leaders showed little regard for the mental and physical health of its employees.
Furthermore, the compensation and benefits provided were far below industry standards. Salaries were uncompetitive, and there was a lack of benefits or performance-based bonuses.
I strongly caution potential employees to thoroughly consider their options before joining Eneba. The negative work culture, lack of work-life balance and inadequate compensation and benefits make it an unfavorable choice for anyone seeking a positive and fulfilling professional experience.
Please note that this review is based on my personal experience, and others may have had different experiences working for Eneba. However, I believe it is essential to share my story to shed light on the company's shortcomings.
Poor service, seller sold me a used code and refusing a refund/new code.
I will be staying away from Eneba in the future. I purchased some gift codes from seller Digital Keys and a higher value one has already been redeemed on someone else's account. I informed Eneba straight away, literally within a few minutes of the order going through, and they passed on the information to the seller who has told them that the key was unused, which is false. I have gotten back in contact with eneba with further proof the key was used before my purchase. They replied that the sellers photo of a physical gift card is solid proof the code was unused and therefore they still won't issue a refund, even though I have proved that the code had already been used on another account when I tried to use it. This is really disappointing support and I am £45 down. It is a shame as Eneba has been good in the past, I have placed many orders, but this experience has been poor and I will not be making anymore purchases in the future.

It appears that our team has fully investigated the case and confirmed that the product you had purchased fully matched its provided description in its product page and based on the sellers information, was activated after it was purchased. Refund or key replacement is only possible in these cases:
Key hasn't been viewed.
Key is invalid.
Key has already been used before the purchase happened.
Those are absolute conditions for refund to happen. If either of them are not applicable, our support team is simply not able to provide any additional resolutions, due to the nature of digital keys and the inability of neither our support team, nor a seller to revoke a key after it has been viewed, or already activated.

Stole £25 from my Paypal. Sent me an email to say "your order has been confirmed", but the thing is that I didn't order anything from this website for almost 2 years! Customer service was not responding until I left a negative review on Trustpilot website. All they say is that they cannot help. No refund, no order cancellation, nothing. It's a scam. Read the reviews on Trustpilot, half of the people say their code didn't work and Eneba refused to refund them or offer a new key. So it is obvious they must be scamming people. Shocking customer service. They said they cannot help and closed my case without me even replying to their last message! Then sent me a link to rate their "support"! Avoid this website at all costs. You have been warned.

I had never heard of this company until I seen my bank account had been withdrawn from by them. When I contacted them they were unwilling to even address the issue. They stated that they would not issue a refund. They are scammers and it has caused me to file a report with state and govt. Law.

I've spent hundreds on this site, but recently there was a issue with an order. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL you just send emails, get a general pre written message, then nothing. No communication, no replys to emails, they just ignore you.
This quickly went from one of my favourite sites to the worst. I've had to resort to trying to get a charge back via PayPal because I simply am not getting a reply.
If they did reply, they could probably fix my issue quickly, but after 3 days I'd be a fool to think I would get a response.
I was issued a refund and I chose to accept the money in my eneba wallet as it was instant. But the site won't let me spend my balance, saying I don't have enough money - see screenshot below. Now I'm ignored.
My advice - stay away - there are similar sites out there (Gamivo, g2a, instant gaming, cd-keys) who are much more deserving of people's times and money.
If everything goes wright, then you'll be happy, but as soon as any issues arise you'll wish you never spent anything on this site.
Edit 9/12/23 - I've waited 6 days for a reply from customer service, and have not received a single email. I resolved the problem myself, I tried again to buy the item again, which had now increased in price and was able to purchase it.
Not happy that all my attempts to to contact were ignored, and that it cost me more money because I was ignored. So can't recommend this site, which is a shame as they have some good offers. But any site that takes your money but is totally unreachable, is not worth the risk and I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.
I've updated my rating from 1 star to 2, because I did eventually get my product, but it was more expensive and they have no customer service.

I bought Cities 2 which just launched with lots of bugs, so basically the game is poorly designed and doesn't work. They refuse a refund.

Every time your transaction fails, they tell you its on our end, so refund has been issued. You won't get note from PayPal regarding the refund and which they didn't started. 4 transfections failed because of their system only 1 refund I got and they tell you in the email that it will take up to 28 days which is a lie as I get refund from any other sources in 3 days. Stay away from this website as it's very risky to get your money back and it has been 3 days and still no respond from their team support regarding my last refund which I lost 15 dollars.
To Amber: No sorry but you guys are thieves because if you guys really started the refund Paypal will send a message stating that a refund has been started but in your case Eneba didn't and will never do as people here said good luck getting your money. It's ok it was only 15 dollars that I lost and I have warned my friends and others not to make any purchases from Eneba.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! It seems like you have experienced a technical issue and your orders might have failed to process. Don't worry - if your orders were canceled, those funds are reserved and when your payment provider confirms that the payment was not completed the funds will be returned to you automatically. It will not necessarily take 28 days - PayPal refunds take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days, and only in edge cases it can take longer.
Our support agents usually answer tickets in 1-5 days. The reply times change on a daily basis as we are receiving different amounts of tickets every day, so it is only an approximate time estimation. They have to answer all tickets from the oldest to the newest, doing otherwise would be unfair to other users.

Just awful company.
Bought game, received not working key. Had to go through immensive hassle with their support, and still did not get my money back. Stay away from these scammers.
What a waste of time and energy trying to get my money back that they just stolen from me. I wonder if this is even legal that they are doing.

No Amber, you are lying.You are not glad to help anyone. Your support team don't want to solve any problems. You should be ashamed by spreading these lies in name of your company. I believe that you could do better than that, there are so many wonderful jobs around where you can actually help people. Why did you decide to work on such a company? Why are you helping them steal money from people?

Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
