Scammed out of $30

I purchased a key for a game for $30 I never played before and got banned when I tried logging in. When I provided the proof, they just wrote me off and tried to say it was a coincidence and that it was not their problem. Scam company avoid this site at all cost! Customer support is useless!

Don't expect a refund if a key doesn't work. Once a key has been viewed, they will not refund your purchase.

Avoid at all costs

Received a code that didn't work, it is now over a month later and after providing screenshots and proof of everything, there is still no progress being made. It seems all the protection is there for sellers and nothing for customers. Just getting repeatedly told to wait for a resolve from a non-responsive seller.

The games are cheap and deliver quickly, but there are often issues with ordering and delivery. I've tried to order 8 games at once for about 25$ and it always went wrong somewhere and my money got refunded but when I tried ordering again the same error appeared but no money came back to my account. It's been almost a full day and the support is not responding to anything and my money is still not returned, although it says that the money is refunded in the order status. It's a lot of money for me and I'm really stressed out about it. It's not the first time this happened. When I ordered games before, one of the codes was used, and it took support 3 weeks to send me a new one. I would rate 4,5-5 stars if support wasn't so unresponsive and bad. I really hope my money is refunded and I don't encounter anything like this in the future.

As we, ourselves, do not sell any goods other than Eneba Gift Cards, all purchases actually come from our many vetted vendors and in rarer circumstances, there can be mix-ups on either their side, when delivering keys to our system or a malfunction on our side when processing orders. In this case, we were able to track down your order for the 8 items and confirm with our specialists that there was, in fact, an issue with it, as the payment confirmation received delays. That being said, our payments team has spotted it and had already issued you a full refund for it. Such returning transactions typically reach users within 5-28 business days, so set yourself a reminder and save this time frame. Naturally, if you do not receive anything by the end of it - please contact our customer support team - they will investigate it with the payment provider and figure out what happened.

Title says it all. I've purchased many steam keys from this site and I've always received the codes nearly instantaneously. They're a lot cheaper than their competitors too. Highly recommended! I bought GOLD EDITION game code, activated on Ubisoft and received standard edition of this game, I opened case and asked for full refund, after 3 days, Eneba support person answered me on my email and full refund was issued by Eneba, so I can tell only that all is great, prices also affordable but need ask sellers before purchase, to avoid open cases and also seller mistake has been revealed so all ok, I advice this site/store. 4 stars - cause of they doesnt have a chance to check all sold keys on their website so cause of that we need to use REFUND option if something goes wrong but all works great as I checked all this support things, all legit and advice.

I had used them for some time now, but my most recent transactions have been SCAMS. Their customer support is terrible as well. Made the process of communication the worst experience ever. No clear and concise direction, and no refund for a $30 for a key that didn't work. Be careful, they may be cheap but there's a reason the keys look so cheap.

First and las time i buy here

Bought a game for my son, they took the money and i didnt get the product. No phone number, no chat to help... only a stupid ticket that took hours to receive a reply saying that they received the ticket... but no fixing of the issue

So i bought a card code from this website for myself and i got the code when I entered it it gave me a error its been redeemed already when i never redeemed it so they put me in this game with contacting playstation support i did that and ps support just kept ending the chats before i can send them the proof and toying around with me so i sent the proof i needed to eneba and they said sorry we cant give u ur refund because of blah blah blah this is ridiculous dont buy from this site they took my money and i didnt get what i wanted >: c

Scam

The seller scammed me with 125 euro steam cards that were probably sold to multiple people. I tried to get help from their help desk, they gave me useless answers and asked for a lot of screens and stuff (that I always immediately provided) for like 20 days, after that they closed my case stating that I could not 100% prove that the seller was a scammer.

Funny part: to prove it I would need info from the seller that he obviously doesn't provide or the full picture of the cards that they did not provide even if I asked it multiple times.

End of the story: if you get scammed by the seller, ENEBA will just help the seller scamming you.

I bought the wrong game from then on accident, and nothing I tried worked for getting a refund, not even permanently deleting the game from the Steam library and showing them proof of that. Now I have no game and they get to keep my money.

They lost me as a customer and I hope they lose everyone else too.

Thank you for your review. It appears that our team has fully investigated the case and confirmed that the product you had purchased fully matched it's provided description in it's product page. Please note that all of our product descriptions always properly describe what will be included with your purchase and once a key is displayed, our support team is not able to provide you with a resolution. Refund or key replacement is only possible in these cases:

-Key hasn't been viewed.
-Key is invalid.
-Key has already been used before the purchase happened.

Those are absolute conditions for refund to happen and in your situation, the key was fully redeemed, working without any issues and you had simply chosen to delete the game from your account under your own volition in order to inquire for a refund.

Sell you a code that 16 digits when Xbox and Ubisoft both require 25 digit codes can't get a refund never buy anything without making an account first because you have to make an account to file a refund then your purchase disappears thank God I screenshot everything. For all those who have been ripped off search Facebook and the company's name I started a page to try to get our money back
