Decided to use Gift card/Bank card for a deposit, since didn't know where to use it, there were 25 EUR left, deposited them a month ago, but they never reached my account ;) Contacting support is useless, since they are replying with general answers, which don't even answer my request, previously used this card and everything worked fine, but now money just disappeared. Contacted gift card/bank card provider and they assured Eneba got the money, contacted support with full proof of it, but they didn't even care ;) not a refund, nothing (talking about Lithuanian Eneba), planning to contact Consumer rights for this, 25 eur is not a lot and don't really care about them anymore, I got more triggered by how they handled my request
Bought an ENEBA gift card with Paypal but never received the redeem code. After asking I got the money refunded in the ENEBA account but can only use it there. Useless for me.

I purchased a World of Warcraft upgrade through Eneba in the beginning of May of 2023. I have bought several keys from Eneba in the past and never have had an issue. I went to input the key into Blizzard's website and it stated the key was already used.
I sent in a ticket to Eneba to get this resolved. They responded saying it would be up to 5 business days for a response from the seller. In the meantime I reached out to Blizzard's support team. They stated that they could not help me with a key they didn't sell and couldn't give me any information when the key was redeemed. They did however say that they could tell the key was NOT used by me. I sent a screenshot of this to Eneba. They eventually reached out to me and told me that the seller had proof I used this key. I asked specifically for proof, that doesn't exist since I did not use the key, and they have ghosted me then closed the support ticket.
I will definitely not be using Eneba in the future and encourage everyone making a larger purchase on Eneba to look elsewhere. I'm now out $52 with nothing to show for it.

My order gave me a message after i payed with paypal that the transaction had failed cause i had ad block on and to try again so i did and then it wanted my phone number to send me a link but when i put in my number it said it was not real.So went on pay pal and found they charge me every time they had me try again. I got paypal to stop the charges because i tryed to use their customer service what was a joke they had me write a ticket out and i still have not heared back lol scam site. Report scam site to Google i know i am. thats the only why we will get this site to go away. And looking in to them asking for a number to send a link it sounds like they are phishing for info.just one big scam

Since Eneba doesn't publish, develop, nor sell the keys ourselves - we just provide a platform for our vetted, external sellers - we can only deliver your pre-purchased code once it's made available to us; when the seller uploads it to our system. This may not necessarily align with the release time of direct publishers and stores such as Steam, thus some delays are only natural.

Tried to buy a key recently but as the purchase was being made there was an error, therefore I did not get the key, yet money got reserved on card. Wrote 2 tickets about this and both were exact copy paste replies "This has been resolved" etc. I'm not saying Eneba is a scam but I'd like a little more help from the customer service, atleast let me know when I'll get the money back and so on.

Support is terrible. I bought 3 Roblox keys over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received WORKING codes. The ones they sent me were already redeemed. And support refuses to believe me, saying that the seller insists that the keys were working and valid( they weren't). Stay away and don't spend your time with these scammers. This is fraud.
There is now way the seller can verify if the keys were activated or not, Roblox doesnt allow that. You are scammers.

This company went in my cash app account and took two payments that was not authorized the first two they tried to take $258 and then another $60 which was declined and it went back in and took two payments of $9.97 and $9.90 that went through I've never heard of this company I never dealt with this company customer service has not yet to reply back to me Actually I don't even know what this company is I will keep writing a bad review until someone contacts me and rectified this issue

Pretty shoddy. Tried purchasing Stellaris Ultimate bundle, received invalid activation key. I reported it immediately to Eneba, then reported it to PayPal and my bank as possible fraud on Eneba's part.

I purchased 3 Roblox cards for my daughters for Christmas 1 redeemed the other two didn't work contacted the company they sent me to Roblox to do as they commanded did everything they asked and more was told since Roblox want tell them about the redeem the seller automatically wins I am a liar not new codes. Even though I showed proof no Roblox where ever redeem to the accounts.If zero stars was a rating that's what it would be never buy from this company but do become a seller you can sell fake useless products and get paid.

Thank you for your review. It appears that our team has fully investigated the case and confirmed that the products you had purchased fully matched its provided description in its product page and were redeemed after they were bought. Refund or key replacement is only possible in these cases:
Key hasn't been viewed.
Key is invalid.
Key has already been used before the purchase happened.
Those are absolute conditions for refund to happen. If either of them are not applicable, our support team is simply not able to provide any additional resolutions, due to the nature of digital keys and the inability of neither our support team, nor a seller to revoke a key after it has been viewed and used.

Brought a key for COD vanguard key already been used, after a week of emails and having to contact Microsoft who confirmed the key had already been redeemed before it was sold to me, despite providing the proof to Eneba who now gone very quiet. I would suggest anyone to be wary of this company, who customer service is lacking and despite having proof they asked for so far have not made any attempt to resolved the dodgy key they sold

Called Microsoft they told me Eneba refunded the code Xbox cannot refund digital codes with 3rd part websites so it's only them and they never answered my emails

Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
