DISAPPOINTED

If you live outside of UK, then NEVER EVER ORDER from them since you MUST pay a ridiculous amount for the returning fee IF THE ITEMS DO NOT FIT YOU. It is also my mistake for not checking their return policy, and I assume that the return will be free like any other UK stores that I have ordered. This was my first time (and last time I believe) I ordered from them, and I stupidly made 2 orders in a rows. My eyes were blurred from is the good price of the items :| However, none of the items from these 2 suited/fitted me, and I had to return back to them. I was shocked when the lady told me the price which is $130 for sending them all to UK. If they do not offer free return, then they can do pre-paid return and the fee will be deducted from the refund amount. RIGHT? RIDICULOUS. YOU CAN SHOP ANYWHERE, BUT NOT THIS STORE. WASTE YOUR MONEY

Missing and broken items

My order came and one item was broken and another was not packed in. Missing. Agent insisted they packed it in and closed the case. It's a cheap item of US$44. Sent them pictures of how the items were packed. And how the other item was not packed in. Appalled that they just brush it off nonchalantly. Not a trusted company to deal with. Beware!

I ordered some trainers for my daughter for Christmas and they turned up but were way bigger than the size 7 they were labelled as. So I tried to print of the returns label via the post office link from their website and it would not work. So I spent a day trying to get through on the phone. I was regularly told it was a 10 minute wait and then after 20 minutes was told there was no one to take my call and asked to leave a message and someone would call me back. No one ever called me back. I kept trying and got the same message and then cut off. After several attempts finally got through to someone who told me their system connection to the label generator was faulty and was being fixed and to try again a few days later. I did and managed to get a label. I returned the items on 3 January. Since then no refund, no replacement and am unable to get through to END at all. Out of pocket - no shoes - the email link they provide does not work so I am trying facebook message. Do NOT use this company. If you run into a problem it will be impossible to sort. They take your money and then ignore you

Orders placed on 1/4 are not being shipped until today, which is 1/14. The delivery company, DPD, also said they hadn't received my parcel yet. I've been sending inquiries through e-mail and SNS, but the AI ​​only gives mechanical answers, and it's not helping me at all to solve my problem. Even the live chat is difficult to connect, but there is no person and the AI ​​is only responding stupidly. All right, send my stuff quickly. If it keeps going this way, I think the credit card company will have to put pressure on it.

Three orders cancelled

I've used End. In the past and they were outstanding. Orders were fast and well presented. My recent experience was far from outstanding.
I was told that the order I placed, for my brothers Christmas present, had gone out of stock and that I was to "keep an eye on the website in case someone returns the item which I am after".
So I did this and ordered again, only for my order to be cancelled again. And then again! Three orders cancelled and I was NEVER inform by End. That they were cancelled, I found out via Klarna. It took end. 3 to 4 days AFTER Klarna informed me that my orders had been cancelled. All I was offered was a generic apology.
I sat waiting for over 20mins on the phone before giving up.
And now my present for my brother at Christmas is…. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WEBSITE AGAIN EVEN IF YOU WERE TO OFFER ME DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT ORDER!...In my crystal ball, boys and girls, I can see the future and End Clothing isn't in it!

They send the product from the U.S. to a U.S. address, do not allow for exchanges and if you need to return they make you return your item to the U.K. Which costs almost as much as what you paid for the item. Ridiculous. I paid $124 for a pair of Birkenstocks and then it was going to cost me $85 to send them back to END in the U.K. Just to return them? No thank you. When I contacted them they said "too bad, you need to return them to the U.K.".

I made an order on Novermber 14th to be delivered in Portugal.
On december 2nd, after seeing that my order had been sitting in FedEx's wharehouse in Madrid for a couple of weeks, I asked END's customer service to locate and deliver the parcel.
After some waiting, an answer was promissed withing 3 working days, but 5 passed with no feedback.
After almost one month of having payed for my sneakers and after getting to know that the parcel had been blocked by the Portuguese customs for more than 2 weeks (while FedEx's tracking was still showing Madrid) I decided to take action and asked a forwarder to clear the parcel.
Unlike stated on END's website, I had to pay VAT and on top of it handeling fees to FedEx (more than I had payed for the sneakers).

After this, I contacted again END's customer support asking for a refund of the expenses I had had due the problem they created and that they proved unable to solve (attaching all the invoices).
I patiently waited another 17 days for a response, but it only came after I threatened to expose the problem on a reviews website.
The aswer came saying they are not "liable to cover the costs if you chose to take action yourself and use an external party to clear the parcel".

END. Provided a service that was not in accordance to their shipping policy (where they say no taxes or duties are charged on shippments to the EU) and showed to have zero capacity to solve the problems they created and finnally I end up paying for it.

My advice:
If you live in the EU, think twice before making an order. I'm not sure End has the means to provide the service they advertise.

Customer service is Appaling

If you are in Australia, don't bother about returning any product. They will make you pay for shipping even if there product arrived damaged. Unbelievable. I have always been loyal customer and this was the 1st time I made a request for a shipment to be cover as it wasn't my fault but was refused and told that I had to pay for everything if I wanted to return it.

I strongly advice avoiding this company if you're in Australia and shop at your local community because the lack of customer care is terrible. FYI spend over 900 for a shoe to arrive damage and still need to pay for return. Just wow.

END claims you pay $16 for delivery to locations outside of the UK, when in fact it's about $90 as they use FED EX who charges import duties and GST on all items no matter the cost. This can be easily mitigated if they just used Royal Post, like other retailers do in the UK (Wiggle, Ribble, Foska, etc.), and there would be no customs charges.

There is absolutely no warning you will be nailed with customs charges, and their customer service person, Briege, just does not care about customer service.

As well, if the clothing is incorrectly marked for a certain size, you have to pay the return postage, even if you show the size is incorrect with a tape measure beside the offending article of clothing in a clear picture.

END appears not to care about the customer experience. DO not use them for any purchases.

Didn't deliver an order

Placed an order, paid for it. The company's website said the item will be delivered by a certain date. Item didn't arrive so emailed them asking for shipping detail. They cancelled the order after the email with no explanation/apology. Not a good business practice and they won't have my business again.

Product did not come. Suddenly, get notice price was being refunded for no reason whatsoever.
It was a Christmas present that did not arrive. When I contacted them I got a "real busy" canned
Response and that they would contact me in a week. Thanks for nothing.

I too have the not received any information on my order after almost 2 weeks. I have tried to reach out to them through every possible platform. Their support email tells you to wait 5-7 days for a response, and their phone line sends you straight to a dead-end voicemail. They haven't explained these issues at all, and continue to post about promotions of things they probably won't end up giving you. You're much safer buying from somewhere else.

Disappointed

I order a tshirt from end clothing,it stated will arrived 02 Dec. To 05 Dec.,but until now I didn't received any tracking no. Or anything,customer service is sucks too,email them but keep telling u they had high demand of enquires, really super disappointed of thus platform, hopefully my order will not lost or disappear.
