I ordered a jumper and sandals from End totalling £310 and the parcel was never delivered, possibly stolen in transit. I complained to END but they blamed DPD. I phone DPD and they told me to take it up with END as they were the account holder. Citizen's Advice are very clear on this (it's the retailers responsibility to deliver the goods you pay for) and yet END still did nothing. Do not order from END Clothing!

Absolutely horrific shopping experience in this store. I ordered sneakers and a sweatshirt, the delivery cost 25 euros. In the end, they sent a package through Fed Ex with only one sweatshirt, even though the sneakers are still listed as available on the site.
Then the equally horrifying customer service starts. I demanded to cancel the order and make a refund, because I absolutely do not need the delivery of one sweatshirt for 20+ euros, especially without the sneakers. Grace from customer service said that the product has passed the point of no return (surprisingly, considering their support takes several days to respond, what could go wrong during this time?), and she suggests me to return the product AT MY OWN EXPENSE! Naturally, there can be no question of any refund of delivery cost! Are you guys even sane?
Moreover, Grace said, ignore that the sneakers are available on the website, it's not true, and don't try to order them again, we won't send them to you! This already looks like a pure scam!
I have never encountered worse service and support in my life. It's so terrible that I had to write a review, and moreover, post it on all possible review services where it is possible. Very, very disgusting.
I used to like End but have had issues with them recently. They sent me a handbag with a security tag still attached. They offered for me to send it back which I did and asked for a refund because by this stage it had taken a couple of weeks to get an answer and I was fed up with it. They received the bag 2 weeks ago and I still have not received an email acknowledging the return or a refund. I email and chat to them but never get a response about what's happened. Where is my refund! This company is a joke. Don't buy from there.
After reading so many bad reviews I was scared my order would go wrong one way or the other, but it's so much smoother than I anticipated. They are the only website has a variety of choices and my size for a brand I like based in UK. The shipping is super fast. I placed my order on May 19th and it was delivered May 24th, even faster than the excepted delivery. Considering it's shipped from UK and Im in Canada that's pretty impressive.
The only downside is the hideous custom duty. I was charged about 1/3 of the total price. I guess it is on Canada's side not really on End's. Considering many of them were on sale and there is no where else I can got them I'd prob still call it a win.
I have never known a company to not facilitate a return if the clothing is the wrong size, but you learn something new everyday. I ordered several pieces all in the same size but one arrived with a mis-labeled size and was too FAR to large. I emailed END about it and it took over a week for them to get back about my questions. I was worried I would miss the 14 day window so I spent 65 dollars returning a shirt 3 sizes too big for me. I should have just used all the fabric to make 2 shirts instead. What bugs me is I received the clothing lighting fast, as if they were already in the Los Angeles area. (Way to fast to be shipped from the UK) so I had no clue I would have to ship it there for a return. That and everything was in dollars.
I know its on me to research the company and its policies but it still feels like I got the short end of the stick in the whole Interaction.
Simply tragic avoid this website! Imagine buying two items one item which is $100 and the other being $10. However, due to a website or inventory error, the $100 item is "out of stock". END's practice is to automatically proceed to ship you the remaining $10 item without along with the standard $20 shipping fee without consulting you! Customer service also takes 3 days to respond to your emails - terrible!
I have placed an order 3 times and experienced 3 completely different issues.
Although there was stock available, I haven't received my 1st order and it has been cancelled by END. (Also, the product has never been out of stock on their website)
They offered to send a smaller size, which didn't fit and I returned. I haven't yet received the refund or confirmation that the product has been received by them. (It's been 4 days since I got notified by the Royal Mail that it's been returned)
Since I've been told that there are 2 more stocks available in my size, I've replaced another order while waiting for my refund to be issued. However, I received trainers, which are 3 sizes smaller than what I have purchased. Now, they are saying it is out of stock.
I think at this point, they are just sending what they have in stock and hoping I wouldn't call back. I've been stalled and tricked into buying the same product 3 times.
On top of this it takes at least 3 days to receive a reply to emails and at least an hour to be called back.
They did not compensate in any way.
They are holding funds for 2 products and delaying the refund.
I have no trainers in hand.
Wasted 3+ weeks trying to receive the correct order I have purchased, plus many more hours trying to communicate with them.
I do not recommend using their website at all - buy it from the original brand's website.
I received my order and it is the absolutely the worst looking fake birkenstocks I have ever seen. Then when I went to return it, they asked me to pay for it and it was over $200 to return an item I paid $85!

Ordered a handbag from End. When the package arrived with the courier I could tell there was nothing in the box. I opened the box and there was no handbag inside just the order confirmation and the dust bag. I've been in correspondence with customer service since December and they refuse to send me a refund for the item that I paid for. They asked me to get a police statutory declaration, which I did and yet they still refuse to resolve the issue. I've read these reviews and see someone else posted about almost the exact same thing happening to them. I urge you to think strongly before deciding to purchase an order from End.
I set my delivery to a collection point and the £125 trainers I ordered were never delivered, ordered with several weeks in advance for my partner's birthday. Not heard back from End they've got the delivery as "complete". Emailed End and they haven't got back to me. Awful service, birthday ruined.
They stalled responses, prolonged the process and even ignored my emails, to eventually tell me I have to send the extremely damaged and unusable product back from Australia to the UK. They have wasted so much of m time and money. Care factor for their customers is 0.
I didn't read any reviews before ordering and since they are all pretty bad I figured I'd leave one for my positive experience. I ordered a pair of Adidas Hamburg's which I had been looking for for years and any that I could find were around $400. I found this site and was shocked that they even had them let alone for $90! I knew they were being shipped from Europe (I'm in the US) so I expected them to take awhile but they came really quickly IMO, I ordered them 3/23 and they arrived 3/31. They were exactly the shoes I ordered and they fit perfectly. I was nervous about ordering European sizes but after looking at a pair of Adidas I already have, I just looked at the tag since they usually have the US and EU sizes (which mine did). Either way, I didn't need to deal with customer service because the shoes came quickly and fit so I can't speak to that, which seems to be everyone's main gripe, but I can say my order was exactly as expected and I loveeeeee my new shoes!
I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks that I had been wanting for over 2 years and which were not available anywhere. I was amazed to find them at END clothing. The price was very competitive and they offered free shipping. I am in Australia and had never heard of END. I ordered them and they arrived very quickly in a little over a week to my rural address. They were well packaged and PERFECT. I highly recommend END.

I ordered a Tee-Shirt amongst other things however the Tee-Shirt never arrived. The box was in perfect condition and had not been tampered with so the Tee-Shirt was never packed. After a lengthy email exchange over many weeks with Francis from customer support END refused to reimburse me or send out a replacement. 0/10 would not recommend will probably take your money for nothing.
IF I REVIEV A PAIR OF CROCS PACKAGED IN AN 'END' BOX, Supply a Bank Statement showing that i paid END for those Crocs, then i bought them from END.
Nevamae the dumb worker reckons their is no order number so they cannot exchange them for a smaller size despite me SHOWING THEM PICTURES OF THE BOX WITH 'END written on it, the parcel bar code and all because END NEVER sent a purchase order to my EMAIL ADDRESS.

I ordered and paid for 2 hats. I personally received the package directly from the fedex driver. I only received one hat. Multiple attempts via email with their customer service and they wouldn't resolve the issue. They told me to file a police report. Will never purchase from them again.
Scammers! Dishonest company that has become totally unreliable! They canceled a portion of my order and never informed me about it. And when it past the delivery due date I emailed them they never replied. Mind you I had not receive a single email regarding the status of my order. Then I did a live chat that I waited an hour for… they said they will follow up with an email. But the next day they canceled the entire order. The refund was also insufficient too. They are scammers. Do not buy from them!
