Bought a phone that was broken. They said they would fix it under warranty. Paid to ship it to the company. Weeks went by with no communication. I called and they said it would be sent in the next week. It never arrived. I called and they promised a manager would call. No one called. I called back several times and demanded a fixed phone or a refund. They said I had to pay a $95 charge which was never mentioned before. This company is a scam and will steal your money.

I had a really good experience at the store tonight. The associate who helped me was Adam. He was so clear and so fast to give me the information that I needed. He also helped me set up my new phone very thoroughly. I got a chance to talk to some of the other associates, and they are all great, in my opinion. Just as the store was about to close, I saw a customer come in, who was very demanding and disrespectful. The electronicsforce associates were very respectful and clear with him, even though he was just way off base. I felt very inspired by how they were dealing with this narcissist. Having spent some time with these associates, I really do believe that they are there to do their best work and give the best service possible. Ideally, it seems like it would be best to make an appointment to come into the office (which i live close to). This is because, they really do want to take the time to handle all the customer concerns without keeping people waiting. Honestly, this is now one of my favorite stores online. I never thought I would say that!

Today was the first time I've done business with this store. Went in for an upgrade for the Galaxy s22+ and receivedit in the box as advertised. The entire process was literally seamless due to the excellent services of their purchasepage and shipping. They are very professional, friendly and made sure everything was set for me. Best phone merchant experience I've had. Many phone stores in my area are your typical scam artists and they can't be trusted, cell2get took some investigating through reviews and such but after confirming their legitimacy, I went a placed the order. After placing my order they shipped it out 1 day after and with the shipping method I selected of 3 day. Shipping and everything according to the usps business days and phone came in the mail as expected and I'm glad to be enjoying my new device.

I ordered a phone on Tuesday 11/22/22 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I received the tracking information and it showed I won't receive until Monday 11/28/22. When I called to check they said 2 business days. Seriously! Postal services works Friday & Saturday. What the heck. Not happy about the long wait. 2 day service should be 2 day Postal service. I get it that Thursday was a holiday. But, 2 days is 2 days...

These guys have been all great overall and it would love to buy again from them! The only one star less is because of their shipping carriers that they used to ship my package with and it took some time. But non the less everything came as advertised.
