So I needed two phones. Two big phones. Two Samsung Galaxy phones. I had shopped from Electronicsforce for smaller orders and was very pleased so I thought this would be a good place to turn to for a larger purchase.

Standard fair. The sales rep was very helpful, the customer service made sure I was going to receive what I wanted, the phone got here within a week. All of this was comfortable to me. This time, however, the phone wasnt working properly. It kept shutting off and wasnt accepting a charge. This is likely Verizon/Samsung's fault but still, I wish they checked on this before I had to. The company all in all i great though, they were speedy and welcoming about sending a new charger/ fixing the issue, and I still highly recommend them to any one needing a phone quickly and not knowing where to turn to.

Would shop again

Nothing is hidden about Electronicsforce. Theyre a cell phone business who wants to cell you one of their phones which they have lying around. Thats fine. That I get. What I didnt know was how knowledgable they are about their products.

Let me explain.

I needed a new phone. I basically spun the wheel of phones in my head and landed on Samsung Galaxy S6. Gigantic, beautiful thing this is. I called up E-force. I wanted to know if this phone were knew. Before I made the purchase, the guys at Electronicsforce told me several other phones I might be interested. One is refurbished, on costs less, one has a better camera. Just so that I know my options.

I stuck with my phone but the service was appreciated. The only unfortunate thing with the phone is that it took too long to arrive (10 days) and it took forever to be activated (thanks Samsung). Other than that, Electronicsforce never forces you to do anything and for that, Im thankful.

Electronicsforce is a company that quickly lets you know that you will be taken care of., The system is simple, the service is quick, and the results aree always reliable. The phone I received from these guys was exactly as we discussed on the p[hone, a brand new Galaxy S5. Everything was going well until I realized that I could borrow my cousin's S5. I new that it would be a little awkward to send back the phone and ask for a refund, and it was, but eventually it got done. This was my only gripe. Until I got someone on the phone during the busy July 4th weekend and until they explained to me how to ship back my phone and until I got my money back was a bit of a hassle. All in all ive never been happier with the service and feel as though Im in very good hands with these guys. Looking forward to buying, and keeping,. Phones from them in the future.

One of the best

Cell2get is an honest and friendly service in a time where this is hard to come by. Phones and sales are easily manipulated but Cell2get just helps me get what I need. I have bought several phones from them and have never been dissatisfied. These guys help you find the phone, they find the best price, they tell you everything you need to know, and it arrives when you want it to.

My Samsung Rugby has never let me down. The charger they supply fully powers my phone to the point that I'm reminded that this company is an honest to goodness service which really helps me when I need it.

Great Service

I wasn't able to find the phone I wanted at any of the other online retailer. I usually order robust phones (especially ones that are tough and durable). Surprisingly enough, I found the one I was looking for on electronics force website. I ordered it, and it arrived rather quickly. Thanks for the great service.

BEST CUSTOMER CARE

I ordered a few phones from here the other day. Two Motorolas and an HTC ONE. I wasnt sure what to expect when I ordered from this website for the first time. I figured it was worth a shot and put the order through. The customer care team reached me soon after I placed the order, told me when to expect my delivery and made sure I dint make a mistake ordering the same phone twice. I received my phones earlier than the expected date i was given on the phone. Im very happy with my purchase and reccomend this site to others shopping for phones.

Excellent customer service. All the sales staff, the edge desk, customer service staff are all knowledgeable about the merchandise electronicsforce offers to its customers. The sales person was able to tell me the difference between the 6 & the 6 plus besides the size difference & that the 6 plus is a combination phone & tablet

Ordered a new Samsung just before the holidays... Not only did I receive the incorrect model, this one was damaged, dirty, and packed with no charger nor instructions, in a dirty, generic Samsung-labeled box! Immediately called them, and the guy claimed a fast refund including my postage cost. Gave them a few days, but I called them for my refund... They only refunded the price, w/o the postage as promised; am ticked because I paid extra for insurance too. Writing this off as bad experience - never to order from these fraudulent sellers again - they have 2 sites selling cellphones. (PS: Am glad to find this site - another one I posted removed my complaint, and demanded a copy of my receipt, didn't even claim that they would re-post my comments... Even "comment" sites are corrupt!)

Ordered and paid for a phone worth around $250. They sent me a phone worth over $500. Unfortunately for me I brought this to their attention and tried to do the right thing. Still no new phone, weeks later. Shamefully poor customer service and quality control. They blatantly lie to your face about tracking numbers and arrival dates, wasting even more of your time. Far and away the single worst customer service experience in almost 20 years of buying stuff on line. My crime was doing the right thing, my reward has been weeks of run around. If I trusted them to give me the FULL refund including my shipping fees both ways I'd have already cancelled the order and gotten my money back. I am about to go give them an F- at BBB.

Very good service. Ordered from them on the third, and got my phone a week later. When i had a problem with it (My fault) they spent over 30 minutes on the phone talking me through it. As long as you call later in the day they pick up and have very good service (their offices are west coast) and they stick by their products

I ordered Nokia 3120 device from electronicsforce.com and the my experience was just Great all the questions I asked were answered, professionalism service simply no words to describe the company's service. The store manager contact me after purchase to make sure the device came to my house. He offered to tell me how to operate the device gave me his personal mobile number if the operation of the device will be hard for me, a perfect service. Shipment arrived in original packing, also the site was very user-friendly course and easy to operate. I strongly recommend to purchase with full confidence. I will definitely continue to purchase future products"
