I ordered a samsung galaxy s6 about a month ago. I saw that the website offered accessories, such as chargers, car chargers, etc. for additional costs. After calling their hotline i was told that i can ask for a phone without any accessories for cheaper. Clearly, i wanted this option being that i already had the accessories from a previous phone. I wound up paying for just a phone, saving about 50 dollars. I was very please with the service.

I have shopped at many online and and physical retailers in the past. I have gone through iphones, Galaxy notes, and other Androids. I know what I like at this point and need someone to understand my preferences and help me achieve them. I have tried many sites. This time I turned to a site with a good reputation, Electronicsforce.
Electronicsforce is a company that definitely cares and knows what they're doing. They able to tell you all that you need to know to make an awesome buying decision. Awesome. Also, my phone came super fast. Awesome!

The phone I purchased was a priced fairly I guess, but after adding shipping (not the free one) the price began to seem just a tad out of budget. However the phone was brand new and great quality. I guess the service and quality make up for that. Could also be that the phone I purchased was just released. Allin I had a nice experince.

I bought a cell phone from Electronicsforce and wanted to know if it was shipped. I called their customer service number and spoke with M*****. He said that it should be shipped already but there is a 1-3 processing delay. I did not request any special shipping but nonetheless was told that my order should arrive in 6-10 buissness days. After about 4 hours I received a confirmation email saying that USPS has received my order. I called after 6 days to check on the tracking number and it was scheduled to arrive the next day. Very smooth purchasing experience. I will use them again for sure.

Electronicsforce is a fairly large company that seems to have its act together. Rim BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 Smartphone Gsm Un-locked, is the phone I ordered. I had one a couple years back and enjoyed using it. Finally found one at a decent price so I went for it.

I am picky about my choices in shopping. I found Electronicsforce when i was doing a google search for my cell phone. I didn't want to find the carrier sites ( t-mobile, sprint, etc.) or ebay so i looked for something else. Once i went to the website i found that it was very easy to navigate, simply and thoroughly described on each phone's page, and, most importantly, the prices were well within my budget. I enjoyed my experience with their customer service. One i called to confirm my order was being shipped, i was greeted with warmth and respect by the professionals on their hotline. I will definately purchase from them again if i need another phone.
