Phone arrive in timely matter just as described great devices customer service is very quick to reply to emails and phone calls they very good in returning missed phone calls and reply to email in less than 5 minutes. The phone came works great as it should will definitely buy another phone from them i near future

Was Used Not New

I bought an LG V20 unlocked Verizon phone from them. I paid extra for three day shipping. After two phone calls and an email it came on the fourth day. When I opened the package the phone was not in a regular box and was used not new. The battery cover had a small scratch in it and the charger and cable were not original to the phone. But I am keeping it because it works fine. When I emailed them it was minutes when they replied. When I called they were polite and did not hesitate to tell me what I wanted to know. They were very polite. Would I order another phone from them? I do not know because they are rather less than truthful about marking phones as used or refurbished. I wanted a new phone not a used one. The price was great, for a new phone but too high for a used phone. It seems they do not tell you whether a phone is new, used or refurbished in the description of the phone on the website. That is wrong and should be dealt with. Would I recommend someone buy here? Probably not without explaining it was buy at your own risk.

I ordered a Microsoft Lumia 950 XL phone, a spare battery and a car charger. It shipped when they said it would. The battery and charger arrived later, because they shipped from another location. When the battery arrived, it was defective. I called ElectronicsForce and received a return call that evening, and received a immediate credit back to my card.

I had previously order from your site a few months ago. Within 80 days of me ordering the phone my screen went completely black. There is no cracks or any damage to my phone it still looks brand new. I called electronic force customer service and they told me that it was out of the 90 day warranty, which it was not I still had about 10 days left on the warranty. They then told me to call Samsung to get my phone fixed. I called Samsung and they told me my phone was out of warranty, which was news to me because I had just bought the phone 80 days before. I called electronic force back because i NEVER received my receipt with the IEMI number on the receipt. I told the customer service representative this when I first received my phone and noticed it was not in there. Also, I called them about not receiving the right phone because I ordered a cricket phone and not a Verizon. They assured me that Verizon phones will work on cricket networks. As far as my receipt goes I was told that my emailed confirmation is the receipt so I just left it at that. Fast forward 80 days later that emailed confirmation is not my receipt and it did not have the IEMI number on there as Samsung has requested. I then again call electronic force and they tell me they will email me a receipt. A few days go by and no email was sent. Then i call back and am told that they will mail me a receipt. 10 business days later I haven't received a receipt. I get a follow up email from one of your representatives asking did I get a receipt. I emailed back no and then No response for another week. I called to figure out what is going on and i need my phone fixed. They tell me it is now out of warranty and that it was nothing they can do about it because it is now officially over the 90 days. Yeah, it is over the 90 days now because I was given the run around and I felt electronic force did that on purpose to make sure it was over the 90 days. So for that reason I can not recommend this site to anyone. I feel like I was scammed and I dont understand why Samsung would say my phone is out of warranty from the IEMI number on the back of my phone when I had purchased it 80 days prior. I am going off the purchase date from when my warranty went out and not the date I received the phone if you were wondering. I was told from the customer service representative that these are brand new phones so how would mine be out of Samsung 1 year warranty.

They know whats up

I wanted a phone for a friend. I thought it would be funny to buy a lime green phone for him considering that he needed a new phone and hates anything flashy. I did not think that they would be able to find such an odd color but within 10 minutes, i not only had a phone selected, I placed the order as well. When he finally opened the box he gave me a mean look but i think he uses it more than his old phone. It is a Samsung evergreen.

So far, through locating on the site, ordering and confirming my order it has been a very good experience and I'll stand by my 5 star assessments after successful delivery and receipt of my order.

After receipt I learned that as an overstock it's unstated that nothing but the phone is provided. It would be nice to know this up front.
