I wish it was possible to give a higher than 5 star review, because the Electronicsforce.com warrants it! A huge thanks to Adam and Jack for taking the time to answer all my questions. We were interested in potentially switching from a different phone and they helped make that a reality. Adam even went the extra mile and helped us work through getting the correct info to corporate to get our rebate processed. The customer service at this store is second to none and we're looking forward to continuing with Electronicsforce.com from now on!

A reasonable phone merchant that offers good deals, on phones and other devices that are listed on their website, with fair pricing on shipping and products that come as advertised and arrive accordingly in terms of their shipping policy. Might even make another purchase from them again for a new hotspot router again in the future.

My overall experience with them has been nothing but great! Ever since I have gotten to their website I was amazed by the amount of stock that they have available. Prices too are very competitive compared to other places made me feel as if I'm getting myself into a scam but honestly, if you do some research online, many sellers sell their products roughly at the same price they do cuz value decreases over time and major retailers just keep the prices high up for no good reason. I have gone ahead and made my purchase for a Samsung galaxy s21 from them, and boy am I glad I bought it from them, I saved money and the product was brand new with everything that it's supposed to come with. Shipping was also as expected according to their terms and the product came exactly how I wanted it to be. Thank you so much electronicesforce! Be expecting more purchases from you in the future.

I purchased a cell phone from ElectronicsForce.com a few years ago and had a great experience but my most recent phone I purchased turned out to be defective and ElectronicsForce.com has not backed their product by either repairing the phone, replacing or refunding the purchase price. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 9+ 128k phone on 2/17/2022. It was delivered on 3/15/22. I first notified electronicsforice.com of the problems with the phone on 3/23/22. The S-pen was not recognized as connecting, and callers experience a disruptive echo when I speak with them. After many discussions with electronicsforce.com, I was told electronicsforce.com would not send me a new phone or refund my money. ElectronicsForce.com sells older model phones that are both new and refurbished, and my phone was sold to me as new, but the phone's warranty had expired on 6/28/21. While the phone was new, it was pre-activated on 6/28/20, and therefore, Samsung's one-year warranty had expired. This process of electronicsforce.com tyring to figure out what to do took months. My only option is for Electronicsforce.com to repair it. I filled out a repair ticket and sent the phone to the electronics force to be repaired on 6/6/22. I was told it was sent to Samsung for repair. I received the phone back on 9/3/22, and it is still broken. In fact, the S-pen was missing from the returned phone and the replacement Samsung-manufactured S-pen that I purchased does not stay in the phone. I have called the customer service line numerous times this month, and my calls roll over to their messaging service. I sense they have caller id and are hoping I stop calling. I sent an email last week and was told someone would call me this Monday, and no one called. I sent another email to them today, and there has been no response.

My wife broke her phone on the Fourth of July, and we were so happy to be able to come into their website. The staff were so nice and helpful! We had such a good experience and the staff were all extremely kind and knowledgeable to help us work through all the glitches, and getting our new phone on time. Thank you to all the staff!

Our representative was well above our expectations. Service provided and courteous excellent. Adam never skipped a beat and called a couple times to make sure my phone was working during a family medical emergency. So much appreciate. We transferred all our services from another company and look forward to our future endeavors.

Great Phone for Price

Ordered this phone and received it on time. Got the phone finally to turn on it took 30 mins to finally come on. So, can't be a new phone. Finally did and update which also took about 30 mins. The phone looked nice and new, but the speaker phone does not work, no one can hear me but I can hear them. The charger that came with the phone also did not work. Updated 5/18/22: Someone did reach out to me and I was able to get a live person finally and come to find out if was my husband phone that was messed up and my phone works great on speaker. The charger was defective but they resent me another charger piece and I am now very satisfied with my purchase.

Placed an order on 21Apr22 for a NIGHTHAWK hotspot. Credit card showed pending charge. 25Apr22 I called regarding status. "3 business days to process order". 26Apr22, web site listed "additional information needed". Credit card showed refund of charged amount. My inquiry yielded result of "you will receive response call by 4 PM tomorrow". 15 minutes before the appointed time, I called, explained situation. "You need to buy your product from another vendor." SCAM?…. Judge for yourself.
UPDATE: After 2 weeks and 2 attempts, I received the correct device, no issues with it. Owner of business called to verify accurate completion of transaction. If this had been the case from the start, at first sign of an issue, I would have rated 4 stars.

Terrible company, I paid for 3 day shipping on a cell phone, 2 weeks later still hasnt even shipped, called and got a rep, wont ship for another 10 days... he was rude and abruptly said he would refund my money and hung up. So I have to give a real bad rating being I asked if it was stock, how long it would be to ship, he said I could pay for 3 day shipping so I did..

The most amazing. The customer service team all gave classic expert service. Jack, that young man is wise beyond his years and very professional and friendly. He's a southern gentleman from Virginia. With amazing southern hospitality... But besides customer service their products do come as advertised!

Rude Customer Service

I ordered a Moto G7 plus on 1/12/2022. It showed in stock on website so I was expecting it since it said shipment would arrive in 10-14 days. On 1/24/2022, I still did not see the shipment so i checked online and it said shipment was cancelled since it's out of stock. I called the customer service to see what happened. The guy answered the phone was very rude. He literally said " to call what? If we sent you an email stating it's cancelled and it's cancelled!" I have never seen a customer service like this. I was going to ask him more and he simply hung up on me.

Definitely avoid this merchant. Imagine if you receive a phone and contact them if there is a problem with the phone, what would happen!

So I came in their website looking to upgrade my phone but didn't really know what I wanted because all I've ever had were iPhones. Was helped by this super nice guy named Adam and actually switched to the Google pixel 6 because he was very informative with all the questions I had, when I called them. The website itself is very bright and clean and I'm just happy I have a phone company I can now rely on so I don't have to drive forever to get to a phone. Will definitely be returning here for all my phone needs. 10 outta 10 experience.

Outstanding and thankful!

I would like to thank Electronicsforce for the outstanding service I received. I got a new phone and did not know how to get it activated, because my service provider store doesn't know how to activate old flip phones for my grandma. Melvin was extremely patient, helpful, and courteous. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable he was. He was very capable and was able to help me with everything I needed. I appreciate Electronicsforce for having such a professional employee to assist me when I called.

Absolutely the best phone store ever! Everyone was extremely attentive and friendly and took the time to help the most appropriate questions, explain the pros and the cons, and helped me my order in online.

David, my Rep was professional, patient with a down-to-earth approach, and managed to fill me out with all the information on the questions i had for the phone when i communicated through email with them. I was at their homepage looking at phones and deals for a few hours and never felt rushed, to buy something right this very moment.
The whole Experience on ordering a cellphone on their website and receiving it was fantastic, quick, and easy.
