These guys, will go above and beyond to get a satisfied customer. I saw it with my own eyes how they show more interest in getting a job perfectly done than the money. I thought I was a picky customer but definitely they know how to handle with people like me. Ordered a phone through their website. Had to wait for a moment for the weekend to end so they could process and ship out my phone and gladly got it overnight just as I paid for. These guys really are the best! I'm so happy to rock my new galaxy a52 phone.

I bought online from this store on 01/03/2021. Very good customer service when I called. Seve explained kindly how to transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. Adam was phenomenal! He worked with me when I first called to make sure I have everything I needed to know about a phone I was interested in! The added bonus of his generous personality is that even after I called when I got my order he helped me set it up. That is customer service!

I have been to many Cell stores around the country and this is the best one yet. I had an bought a phone from them through their website. And after an hour since I sent an email to them asking if the phone I bought could work with my service provider and if it is also ok to work over seas. I bought a galaxy s20 ultra from them, they quickly replied with the most detailed information about it and in a very respectful manner. I waited like 2 days from them to process my order and even with free shipping I managed to get the phone in the 10th day which is impressive! Phone came new in original box with all its accessories.
That is customer service! And thats how you should deal online.

Called in and spoke with a rep by the name of adam Was incredibly helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them and going ahead to purchase a new phone. I bought exactly what i was looking for as he had the patience & professional knowledge of the phone. Because im an old folk and its my first smartphone. I just found that its extremely simple to use those devices. It definitely is a great moment that i went ahead to upgrade my phone and myself to adapt into todays society.

Staff was very helpful i was dealing with 3 of them when I called they were really nice and managed to go through my order all the way because the package was stolen. They were the nicest, their customer services Amazing. And I finally got another phone delivered to me. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommended, the service is elite but the vibe in itself is so warm and welcoming. I'm not just saying this to say, it's really exemplar. If anyone ask this business is the first place I refer. I don't have to question whether I'm being lied to, or ripped off; it's a honest and fulfilling. I have bought from this store twice, and loved the service provided. Moshe was affable, patient, knowledgeable and very kind to all of the customers. He was willing to talk to all customers about their needs, and made any speed bumps along the way very seamless. I switched to buying phones from Amazon to electronicsforce and had the best experience with a store employee named, Steven.

He was so knowledgeable and patient. He saved me money and also got me hooked up with a new phone and wifi Hotspot. He also had the ability to help multiple people at the same time with ease and humor.

Honestly, he was fantastic and it's hard to find people like that.

Omg! I bought a phone and was taken care of immediately! Adam gave excellent service! He was very patient and thorough. I am an extremely happy customer, and highly recommend electronicsforce. Their price and service is unmatched!

Paid full price for a pixel 4a 5G. Device arrived in an unsealed generic box. Called the help desk immediately and was told that it was an ‘over buy'. Mind you, I paid full price for the phone and it says nothing about ‘over buys' on their website. Of course, 21 days later, the device starts power cycling like crazy. I called the help desk for help and they are totally useless and uncaring. Do yourself a favor and purchase your electronic devices from a reputable company…not this flim-flam circus act.

I ordered a phone and they sent me the wrong one. I contacted them and they sent me a return label. I shipped the phone back the same day they submitted the label and have tracking verification that they received the phone and they insist that they did not receive. The are not giving me back the money for a phone that I returned to them. Total scam! If I could give them a negative rating I would

I bought only for an upgrade and they treated me like a queen. The Rep Consultants were extremely friendly, especially adam. He was very patient and helpful and did anything we asked. We got an amazing deal because of Boris, the manager. I'm not a technologically inclined person but they explained everything very simply. I don't know how to use iPhones and Adam spent over 5 hours in total with me explaining everything. I continuously call him for help and he is always friendly and courteous. If you want to join the part, only buy from this store to be sure that you'll get the best customer service. They really care about you and help you wth absolutely anything.

This is unlike any other phone store I have ever been to. The store manager Steven is a genuine helpful person and his attitude towards helping you in anyway possible no matter how long it takes is why I will always come to this store.
Not like other stores that try to get your money and move on to the next customer, he cares about your needs and his values are with all the staff members.
He helped me understand my situation and answered and questions fully with no lies. Not a shady guy like other places have.
I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are ever in the area this place is worth a shot.
His positive attitude is contagious. Electronicsforce found themselves a winner with this location on the internet.

I got fed up buying from amazon and getting lassership to deliver my packages on the wrong location and probably losing or stealing them. Gladly electronicsforce use usps and the phone got to me in one piece :)

Literally no play no games and no hassle and such a sweet customer service. Got a phone and wasnt happy and they quickly exchanged it to what i wanted.

Every time I buy something from them I know my money is worth the offer. Good quality merchandise and excellent item descriptions online.

Wrong product for the third time
They have a no refund on open box policy. They have sent me the wrong phone 3 times and have messed up for the 4th time with me. I can't know if it's wrong until I open the box. I'm tired of spending money to send the wrong phone back and wait 2 weeks or more for the phone to leave Brooklyn. There is too many other more important things I should be stressing over. Out $300 because of their policy and their incompetence. I'm done dealing with them because all they are is a source of unneeded stress and incompetence.
