Great customer service and fast shipping. I have placed two orders online recently. The first I decided to cancel a backordered item after my other items shipped. I emailed customer service and they had my order changed and a refund on the way within hours. The second time I ordered a phone, but shortly after placing the order realized I'd misread the specs and wanted to change my order to a different phone. I went in and requested to swap out the phone and again the change was confirmed within hours. I have so far also been satisfied with the selection and the quality of the products I have received. I will definitely continue ordering from electronicsforce!

Currently the best website for buying cellphones in my opinion. Service is always friendly and shipping and prices are good.

Actually they arent that all bad. Ive gotten my device on the exact shipping time and ive never had an issue with them. Its just a simple buy and wait till it comes in the mail. Phone came new in its original condition (galaxy s21 ultra) with its shiny new samsung box. To all the negative reviews and the bbb complaints i saw people buying either very old phones that arent supported anymore and are complaining and making a fuss for 100$ or so... What to do this is 2021 smartphones and 5g is the new standard so wake up grandad! Lol from my experience with them and from all my experience shopping online this is definitely a safe place to put your money in.

Stunning experience and great customer service from such a small business. I've dealt with many companies before like Amazon and eBay but electronicsforce are the best when it comes to selling phones to the public.

For me I would definitely be happy to say that they are the best phone store out there on the internet.

They should keep up the good work because they are a good electronic store. What I like most about them is their fast response time. I wanted to talk to one of them and in a few minutes I was able to do so and clear up some concerns that I had over what I wanted to buy. It is a good place to shop.

This is the kind of shop that you go to when you need anything electronic but not everything because they lack some things. What I got from them has been working properly and I am glad because of that i thought that thedefaced a thumbs up so here is me giving them one.

They do not have a wide selection of phones because the exact kind of phone that I wanted was not in their store. I had to buy some other phone with similar features apart from that the store is good and has a great service They also have a good delivery time and that makes it worthwhile.

This is a good place to get all of your electronic devices and especially the phones. I bought two fans from the recently and they delivered it on time and it was in perfect condition. That is the exact kind of service that I want with any online shop that I work with. It is a reliable online shop and I highly recommend it.

Do not waste your time buying from here. Perhaps some people have okay experiences with them, or even wonderful, but not me. My experience didn't go well, here's what happened. I thought we were paying for a new phone- both times it was obviously a used phone that they sent us. The first phone wasn't working right, the sprint store techs couldn't get it to connect to the network and so we were back to the old phone again. It had gone nearly a month or more till I got in touch with them about the first phone and needing to return it- it was super slow shipping with a time period of several weeks till the phone got here and then Till the trip was made to the sprint store and then having them try to hook the phone up... they were gracious and allowed me to return the first phone for an exchange-I'll give them that!. I had bought a warranty so I had them send me a second phone under the warranty and when we got it it was clearly locked and had a password on it- of which they were no help in removing. I tried to contact them about this, emailed them atleast 4 times and finally called them and was directed to their webpage to fill out a return request form. Never heard back from them whether I was approved or not to send it back. Finally called again and was informed that they denied my request to send the phone back. Okay, so now what? I obviously am no closer to having a good phone from them and it feels like they're refusing to work with me. I had asked the tech that helped me what I'm supposed to do and he promised to send me a link for how to unlock it. I never got a link. Maybe he just got busy and forgot‍ But whatever the case, I have no use for a phone that's locked and is unusable!. Save yourself some time and just buy off eBay or somewhere that has more stringent standards. I'm not impressed with their customer service and products, I'd advise to just look elsewhere for your electronic needs. Sounds like I'm not the only one who's had bad experiences... take our advice, unless you want to risk running into a bunch of hassle like us.

Not Super happy I had to re-enter my address for my credit card about 10 times for the spelling to be perfect.
Also I had to contact customer service after they had took much longer than promised to deliver my package, to which they said they would get everything under sontrol and get it to me as soon as possible. A few weeks later I figured something was wrong so I had to contact customer care again. This time they were much more helpful but only after saying that I have already had a ups investigation on where my package was to which the results were that the package was never sent to ups. After that info was told then the person said he would send me a new order on the fastest shipping possible. To which it did arrive shortly thereafter. But it was the wrong model(a 6t instead of a 6) but it would be to much of a pain to return. The whole process took about 4 weeks, when I paid for 3 day shipping
