Incorrect Product In box upon arrival.
Packed was marked USPS 3day delivery and arrived 9/28/202. More than 20 days late?
Fast and easy, searched the phone I was looking for on line, found it on this website. Called customer support phone number to confirm availability,because the phone I was very hard to find. Went back to website and created account, and ordered the phone. Took longer to write this review than it took to order the phone.

It's a one man scam! Steven, aka Steve, aka George sells JUNK! Then they call you and CURSE YOU OUT, and repeatedly call, harassing you!

You need to be more clear if the product is new or refurbished
Awesome prices. Very easy to order from. Recieved phone and love it so much. I paid 20$ for 3 day shipping and it took 12. So I advise to save your money on the early shipment. That was the only issue I had. Thank you.
The order was completely wrong wrong color as well it was refurbished even though they said it was not. I ordered from Amazon after I ran into issues with this order and received the product before I even received electronics Forces order.
Their price was lower than other retail stores (that's why I chose them), but it ended up being a waste of my time. I wish I never made a purchase through them. That said, in the end they did refund me.
There were other problems, but to keep things short I'll just focus on the main issues. First, while a customer service rep assured me it would be new, the device I received was not.
Second, their customer service is ok... when you can reach them. Most calls went to voicemail, and they never called me back. They also didn't respond to any emails until after I put in a return request.
