Easy and fair price. Hopefully it lives up to my needs. UPDATE: Product was incompatible with all of my needs. Couldn't even use Google. Any returns will cost you the price of shipping and a 15% restock fee too so make sure you are ordering exactly what you want.

Bought a phone clearly listed as new. Received one that is very clearly used. Scratches on the screen and chassis. Generic box. Generic charger. No documentation. If they wanted to try to slip this one past me, they did a terrible job.

The item was listed as new. The box had been opened before and taped when I received it.

I ordered the wrong phone & it was not compatible with Verizon in our town. Just mailed phone back yesterday so hope I will get refund less restocking charge. It was unlocked so thought it would work.

Now that I have received my order, I will tell you that I was a little annoyed that my first order was cancelled without my knowledge. If I hadn't checked on the order, I would never have known. I re-ordered and received the phone.

Phone available on line but took 3 days to mark as unavailable after they charged my card. Don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Phone still showing available online. Same site as Cell2get.com.

Phone was shipped until July 7th no explanation no apology and when I ask for credit on the overnight shpping
I am still waiting for them to reply to my multiple emails

I think I will have to file a complaint with the Brooklyn office of consumer affairs

I DID NOT ORDER AN IPHONE. MY INITIAL ORDER WAS WITH VERIZON WHERE I ORDERED AN LG FLIP PHONE, WHICH THEY SAID THEY WERE SHIPPING.
HOW YOU ENDED UP WITH THE ORDER, I DON'T KNOW. I'M KEEPING THE IPHONE IN CASE MY FLIP PHONES CEASES TO WORK. THE PHONE YOU SENT ARRIVED SAFELY, HOWEVER, AND HAD BEEN THE ONE I WANTED,EVERYTHING WAS ALL RIGHT WITH IT.

Ordered my phone during the pandemic. Great price, however I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive my order for 2 weeks.

The only thing that bothered me was no sim card and my first order got lost Otherwise very satisfied

Communication and timeliness are lacking with this company. It took a week to find out my card had been refused due to an out-of-state fraud alert. I re-ordered. They did refund my expedited shipping fee. So, over two weeks to get a phone. The phone is fine, and the price was good.
