Worst place to by furniture. Fake leather is being sold for top dollars. $5600.00 sectional peeling within 6 months and manufacture warranty doesn't cover it. Manger advised to send a technician at my own expense. Don't waste your money.

I bought an account worth over $200. The guy I was buying from apparently didn't even have access to the account before I bought it. Then he offered me replacement accounts that were way worse than the one I was paying for. I then raised a dispute and lost.

After payment asking for Verification canceling order in 2 minutes without talking our way out of it. And then suspending my account.

If u want to ask for it, it's fine but why after you make a purchase? I believe this is so u have to put in ur documents and all ur personal information, It just doesn't make sense for any website to do so, and who knows what a sketchy website would do with your information.

They are just stealing your personal info. Once they get your documents they ban you with no explanation at all. And the live chat is **** like the way they ignore you u can only have one answer from them and it's about how can I help you …. Your account has been suspended for no reason and then leave you in chat saying nothing. This website should be blocked as soon as possible and we need to report then for steeling our information. Shouldn't even get 1 star

Acabe de registrarme hace poco en la pagina para vender algo, me pidieron tomar una foto de mi identificacion mostrando la pagina y luego una selfie con mi identificacion. Minutos despues fue aprovada la verificacion y al minuto mi cuenta fue suspendida por "actividad sospechosa". No habia hecho nada, absolutamente nada ya que mi cuenta se acababa de verificar. No se registren ni compren ahi es una estafa segura y robo de informacion personal. El soporte tecnico solo dijo que no podian revelar informacion aparentemente de porque se habia suspendido mi cuenta.

I got immediately banned right after they verified my account. Please don't go to this site they'll just collect your info.

Bought a few accounts and I purchase warranty on all accounts and i got scam of a OG accounts that I lost $900 than seller got me ban and from there is been getting worse and worse

After getting ban I started to claim a few accounts do to seller taking then back the few 2 they honor them

But the third one that when problem started since I'm ban they started to not refund me

Got block on customer service
I have a balance of $105 been asking then to refund it they ignored me

They log me out of all my accounts so now I don't have access to contacting seller if there a problem

So I'm force to claim warranty and oviesly they ignore my messages

I will leave a few pictures of proof them logging me out of all accounts and ignoring me on customer service page

Very bad customer service I lost around 2k with this el dorado

I bought an account and it charged my card, then it said I needed to verify myself using my ID and required a picture of my credit card as well. I do not see why this is a requirement and why it would charge me if I can't receive my account. I have asked for a refund and they said it will take up to a week to get it, which is unacceptable. Do not trust this website and do not send your ID or credit card to them.

I buy services that are less than 5$ everytime i go to this site, why do i need to provide verification? So u can sell my info to other companies?

As a Buyer I was in the zone, starting and finishing orders with ease. Then here comes this overly eager "Buyer" that claims a million times he's been scammed before (red flag) but I wanted to be understanding so I communicated with him. Damn near every second I'm on the game this guy is texting me well you done yet how long I'm eager cause scam blah blah blah. He mustve known something cause all of a sudden what I was doing stopped working and I tried to cut a deal with him so I can lower the offer I already put. This guy said send some pics then we'll negotiate off of 9 bucks bro. 9 freaking bucks. I swear some of these people on that site are such cheapskates and wants the world for the extremely below bare minimum. So then I knew where he was going when he didn't let me take pics on his account. He was gonna log me off the account. Then I brought in the mod before it got worse. Cause I tried to explain to him before buyers literally have no power whatsoever. I believe sellers can cancel orders or whatever and still receive a refund. (Ridiculous I know) so all my hard work down the drain and I was in the zone too. Mod sided with him, he viewing the chat taking his side. Guy calling me all sort of b word names and stuff. I tell him " I bet the mod is going to give you a refund" and I'm thinking to myself I bet they gonna ban my butt for no reason. Guess what they suspended my account for 7 days guy won the dispute. Idiots said the reason was I lost when I swore to him and blamed him. So what am I not supposed to defend myself? Let this guy call me all sorts of names while spamming the chat?

THIEVES ABSOLUTE THIEVES:
If you sell something they will charge 10%. Then you have to wait 5 days to see the money on their site. Then to get the monney they will charge again up to 10% and make you wait 5 more day, forcing you to sign up to some money transfer like payoneer, where you will have to wait 5 days again just to activate your account. Then of course the transfer accounts they let you use will take a fee as well.

If you sell something for 100 you'll end up with 60 left and have to wait 15 days at least. This is worse than communism. DON'T USE IF YOU'RE A SELLER.

I've never made a purchase from them before. Never heard of them before but received 4 charges to my account. Four charges totaling just under $100. That's not much to lots of people but it belonged to me…not them!

As the picture states they charged me four times within two minutes. Everyone of them upwards of $400 almost and it blew me away. It was through cash app. I called them the second I got these fraudulent withdrawals from my account and they said they had to let them go through which was crooked as heck unbelievable no I got to play all the games in Renfrew all the hoops and hurdles I called the customer service real J A I will tell you one thing he did. He refunded me the very last one that they placed which was like $74 phone number right but he still got three to go and he said he's not about to do it because they shipped the items already to me that's all BS. It's all BS. There's no way I could type as fast as it went through. There's no way I could type an order these parts in for separate 10 transactions that faster it's impossible. This was a total scam, so buyer beware stay away from this company is all I can say their customer service is worse than their reviews that I seen online they need to be shut down

A newcomer, started to create an account, have met all the requirements, after couple minutes got a notification says account suspended Permanently, Reason: Suspicious Activity. Like, seriously?
Contacted customer support, and they said nothing can be done here even tho if I newly applied my documents. No details given for account suspension.
