One of the worst service marketplace ever.
It took me 5 hours to get verified. With support who was the most mean and stupidest person ever!
When i got verified, i had ordered another one so i paid 3 times. Refund in approximately 5 to a few days. It's been a month now. I am going to oppose paiement. Worst service ever. The only good thing are the seller but the website is very thrash. And then they ban me for multiple account so that i cannot contact them.

THEY ASK YOU FOR YOUR ID AND A PHOTO OF YOU, 15 MINUTES LATER THEY BAN YOU AND EVENTUALLY BAN YOU FROM THE SUPPORT CHAT. Part of the thing they say is "your account can be suspended without providing any further details." DISGUSTING

I purchased an account and it wasn't as described. When I tried to dispute it the seller provided a false screenshot and support closed it then refused to reply to my tickets. I messaged them again, provided information on the account/order, and then got permanently suspended. I had previously purchased accounts that had no issues and was a happy customer but the one time I got scammed, I was the one who got punished while the seller remained active.

I wanted to buy a product for a higher amount. So I was the buyer. After I placed my order for a product, they asked for my ID and my photo with my ID for no reason. I sent it to them (everything was right, I've done a lot of ID verifications in the past), and I got literally banned for no reason. Literally no reason, my whole account got banned.
So I asked the live support, and they told me that they will not give me explanation.
- I can't delete the pictures of my personal documents I just sent them.
Also, I just lost my money I paid for the order too, since with a deleted account I can't even receive the goods I bought. (I guess they will cancel the order on the seller's side, and Eldorado will keep my money like it's theirs). One day someone is going to sue them for fraud, identity-theft, stealing, scamming, etc. I believe one day this company will fall down just like Honey did with their scam-empire, because Eldorado is AT LEAST as huge of a scam as Honey was. This is going to be a HUGE drama in a few years... Insane scammers in front of our eyes... PS.: AND YEAH! There is NO live support! That is also a lie! There is a bot response (not even AI), and you will never get to talk to a real person, literally *unreachable* company with ZERO contact opportunities.

Spent well over 200 dollars on around 5 accounts and I have nothing but crap to show for it. I don't reccomended this company, 9/10 they change the infomation weeks day or even months later. Every account i've had was taken, every. Single. One. Don't bother, just don't bother.

Shout out to Sam on the El Dorado Support Team! They helped me out immensely with getting me a refund after I noticed something sketchy with a genshin account that seemed to have a history of being reclaimed and after providing suitable proof I was going to be scammed I was able to close the dispute with a win on my side!

Took my money gave a fake account details to me. Went to try them, nothing att all was working paid money for nothing! Don't buy!

I discovered the site, tried it out, and (well obviously) in order to sell stuff i had to verify my ID, which i did. The process is very fast! In 5 minutes i was permanently banned for suspicious activity for no apparent reason. I asked the support, the support told me they couldn't talk about it and closed the chat... I really don't recommend this website. It is apparently a well known problem that makes the website unusable

I tried register on eldorado.gg and got answer your accojnt has suspended permament, reason suspicoious activyti. Lol how it could be i send my documents and real photo. Be away from this site, scamers and personal info stolers.

As a seller, I absolutely do not recommend the site at all. Everything else site is better, and I'll explain why.

In short, my colleague and I use the site, as well as similar sites. Currently, on Eldorado, we have a 99.3% positive feedback. The account was suspended (we didn't receive an explanation as to why), but it's likely because we use the account as a business. We started on Eldorado two years ago. Yesterday, the account was banned. We've already shown both IDs and a selfie for verification, and we even showed everything together in a single photo. On the chat, the support team is ignoring us and unhelpful. We've sent an email, and we're still awaiting a response. If the issue is resolved with the email, I'll delete this review. However, as a seller, I don't recommend the site to anyone, especially if you're working as a business. Every other site accepts it when you work as a business entity. If I could, I would give zero stars, as even one star is too much for such customer service.

So... You give them your real life identity and they suspend you immediately without any reason given. Be aware of identity theft.

They are just stealing your personal info. Once they get your documents they ban you with no explanation at all.

Somehow they got a hold of my bank account and stole approximately 450.00. My bank is handling this on their end. I DO NOT have an account with these thieves!

Its scammers site avoid at all cost they will steal all from you and then ban you!

They Steal your Information After verifying your account so you can start selling accounts. After you Sent your ID or License with your Face pic they will Suspend your account. These people are selling stolen accounts from other players Aswell. I got my own stolen account back from there after some Hacker hacked my R* Trying to talk with support, doesn't help. They cut you off or Block you from joining the site.
