They take your money and THEN ask for a verification selfie with ID.

For clarification: after purchasing gold they took the money from my card and added it to my account balance. They then told me they needed me to verify my account to actually give me the gold.

These people are f*cking insane. They take my money and THEN ask for photos of my ID and debit card? So they can sell it online lmao, no thanks. Nothing on their website even remotely mentions a verification process like this. And why would I trust a website that features stolen accounts, botting, etc with my personal information?

It's a scam. Hell, I haven't even received an account yet. Like wtf. Paid 40 dollars for nothing. Wouldn't waste my money. Wish I could have marked zero stars tbh.

I had the worst experience with eldorado. Paid for a service, got screwed over. Found around 70m missing from my account. Seller was very rude and unprofessional. Seller also gave my account details to his "workers" how many other people now have my account details? Seller then marked my order completed and delivered. I have proof of it not being complete. I contacted "support" they did everything but support me. Instead they act like they wipe the sellers butts and do anything for them. Support refused to refund or cancel order. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

When I was trying to buy an account for a certain game on Eldorado, I was only given the balance for the site eldorado, not the actual account. When I tried to buy the account with the balance, It said I needed to verify myself with my DOCUMENT ID'S and a picture of me with the ID. This $#*! is a $#*!ing scam, waste of 70 usd. Hello, i was unfortunately hacked 1 month after buying this amazing account. Hoping I can get some sort of new account instead of my money back. I did have 1 year protection *update- I was given a second account to fix this problem and that account too was hacked back, do not buy any accounts from this website if you do not want the headache of spending 200+ hours to lose the account. They will not reimburse you.

The literally conspire WITH the sellers to to keep the circle going. I had a seller sell me items get me to believe he had to be in my corp/guild then work with a member (obivously a bribe) and they both moved EVERYTHING out of my corp., I was left with messages in chat saying "welcome to eve"

I expressed my frustration and staff asked for proof RAPIDLY and not even 2 min he bans me from the chat for my accusation. I got my. Png of the clear scam and sending it straight to Bank Of America and contacting the BBB, SBA and other organizations.
