The sellers keep your login info.

I paid for a quest service over a year ago and after not playing for a year and getting on and paying for gold a few days ago I've noticed all my gold and items are gone. The skiller who i paid to quest last year is the only one who has ever logged on to my account besides me. I can only assume they saw me active and decided to try my old login information after I signed out, which was still the same, and then had a friend login and they wiped my bank. Pretty sad thats what these Chinese have to do to make some money but it is what it is. Hopefully it was enough to buy their grandmother out of slave labor at the nike factory. In all I had probably $30 dollars worth of money/items stolen. I would have paypal'd $50 just to save me the headace of repurchasing the things I already had.

Most of the sellers are scammers, i had $49 in my balance and then got taken out by a admin, I tried to submit a ticket but they never respond.

Your CC will charged immediately, and only after that Eldorado will ask to validate your ID. If you can't validate - you have to ask their support for a refund - 5 days

I used the website a few times. One day I made another purchase, but it was "cancelled by admin" after my payment and suddenly I had to verify myself. Support said, my account had "suspicious activity" (how ironic, talking about a website selling in-game gold, which is illegal according to official rules by the game publisher). The best part: They obviously can't tell me WHAT exactly they are accusing me of. Why bother letting someone explain a potential misunderstanding.

But wait for it, it gets better: When I refused to comply and asked for a refund of my open order, they were ready to do so, but they need my banking details, as they don't have access to the payment information. Now think about this for a moment: They claim to do ID verification to prevent "illegal activity" (whatever that is in the eyes of a company performing illegal activities), but then go ahead and offer me (a potential scammer) a free refund of my order to any bank account I want, not knowing weather that's actually the account the payment was made from or not.

Needless to say, I was NOT going to give this company my banking details or any further information about myself for that matter. I took the hit, accepted the loss and moved to another website.

Bought runescape gold and was hacked and they took everything and used me as a vork bot. Do not buy from this site.

A guy of the name Smirda sold me an account for runescape for $350 and took it back in less than a years time... I also bought Gold from Eldorado and put in on that account and that is all gone with the account as well. When you look at the sellers reviews it says hes done this kind of thing many times in the past and somehow Eldorado hasn't banned this guys from using their platform. I would stay away from this company 100%. It will be the biggest waste of TIME, MONEY, and LIFE you have ever spent. I wouldn't be surprised if this company has a partnership with these scammers where they sell accounts and take them back over and over and over. Eldorado said there is nothing they can do for me and I just have to accept it.

No buyer protection. But at your own risk. Most likely after a couple day the account will be recovered anyways so don't get comfortable with it. But it's expected the took it from the owner and they can easily take it from you duh. Bought a Fortnite account and it didn't exist they told me I had to prove I didn't change the password. Are you kidding me? How? Seller didn't respond or try to help. He was an obvious scammer and they still closed in his favor due to "lack of evidence" but they didn't even require him to prove it was working! Customer support is very rude and they literally kept disconnecting and ignoring me when I was trying to get help. But what do I expect the seller steal the accounts in the first place they are all scammers. I'll be glad when epic shut this company down for fraud.

Bought a clash of clans account for $100 from MarkasGame and it was locked a few weeks later. He sells stolen accounts and eldorado.gg allows him to do so. Support was no help and kept telling me to message him but he ghosted me and so did support. Don't buy here, they allow sellers to sell you stolen products and don't give you a refund. Support bans you from chat if they don't want to help. There are some good seller but if you ever have a problem you are screwed. If you are also sold a stolen account i advise you to report them to the FBI as they are breaking the law.

Seller Recovered Account after 6 Days. No help from Eldorado after having just spent $500+. Would reccommend G2G

Ask for government issued ID which I'm not comfortable providing then they would not issue a refund. Complete scam

This website charges your card and then requires you to send a photo of your ID, and a photo of yourself holding your ID before you can complete the transaction. This is so stupid, they can use this information to hack you and steal your information. This is dumb as heck. Requesting chargeback on the payment.

I sold multiple accounts and was generally happy with the website. Then all of a sudden a buyer accused me of recovering the account he bought from me, i offered to help my submitting recovery request, but because i use vpn's (i guess) the request got denied every time. Some time passes and suddenly eldorado messaged me and told me my account was suspended until i could resolve the same issue. Again, nothing i can do other then trying to recover. When i contacted support they acted rude and pretty much told me that i will get perma banned if i dont give the account back. Then i asked kindly to delete my account and remove all my personal information from the website because i saw no way out of this. Then the customer support just tell me that i will get perma banned and wil never be able to use the website again, ip ban and whatnot. I mean, talk about not understanding the situation...

At the time of the ban i had 4 or 5 accounts listed for sale, and 2 days later, all the accounts had been either locked for being stolen, banned for botting, or password changed. I can only assume they took the information from the account listings. Talk about a piece of $#*! excuse for a professional website like they claim so hard to be.

I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt delete my info either.

Im not going to tell you to not use the website, because its a very handy website when it works like it should, but the customer service is absolute dog$#*! and probably manned by people that would otherwise fill the ranks of scamming clans.
