El Dorado is a scam platform, selling stolen accounts and items, and El Dorado support KNOWS and support this, not offering refunds FOR ANY REASON. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!

I took sweat to add all my details, then i get accepted then i enter buy amount enter my game name for trade, and suddenly "your account suspended contact customer support" as you could guess customer support forwards massage to me of permanent suspense, no further explanation will be disclosed... What?
Beforehand auto message claimed suspicious activity when i pressed buy button for the first time ever, but support wouldnt engage any constructive discussion. So i feel my id info was basically taken by them and straight after that i get banned, i hope it is not gonna be used for identity theft, or do you think i should contact police is this fishy or normal? Are they legitimate. Please post more experiences of your about this site, so i could comprehend do i need to take legal action.
While i write this i understood why they do not engage into discussion... so i couldnt print screen it, while i was writing this they have disabled me from direct contacting support and redirected window to avoid printscreens, i give -5stars obviously.

Maybe the WORST platform for selling accounts. I was seller with 100% rating and everyone were happy when they buy from me. 2 days ago i got "permanently suspended " by eldorado support and they don't even give you explanation why ban. When you reach good reputation and selling decent accounts everyday - you got banned without explanation. I want to WARN every person thinking about selling on this scam site - DONT DO IT!

They suspended my acc for no reason rude got scam and they did not do anything verry bad dont use if u want accounts

They were trying to take my money away and trying to hack my gta account and they didnt give me a refund i hope this message helps that dont bye things off a websites because there scamers.

I never knew this site and I was selling my accounts elsewhere. The first time one of the admins of this site in Discord called me and offered me to work on this website, because I was an old and reputable seller on another site. They told me I did not even need a passport confirmation. I have all the conversations in Discord and I share it here. Then I wanted to invest here.
I do not know why I was banned. I had my own customers. Their support treated me very insultingly. I was not even told why I could not continue selling. I am told that my sales method is problematic. Well please tell me to make up for it on another site. But they only treated me with disrespect.

Ive used this site over 30 times, and yes when using a new card I had to submit proof. Every person on this site that if offering services has been verified by the Eldorado team, I've given them my personal account info to help build my account. Ive used for RuneScape & Genshin impact. It's simple, the people on Eldorado are just like you & I except their professionals at the game your wanting help with. NEVER have I had my info hacked or stolen & NEVER have I had issues with a professionals messing up anything in my account. People are literally 1 staring the service bc they require you to prove who you are to prevent someone else from using your false info! I mean come on people. Ive attached below proof that I've used this service so many times. This is one of the only sites I use and trust, its hard to find that, hopefully you don't make the mistake of trusting someone who's never used the service.

Wanted to buy a Minecraft account, put in my cc info, then I found out to actually get the account, they want a picture of my card and a scan of the front+back of my ID. No way am I doing that. I'll be filing for chargeback immediately.

If you sell item and want to withdraw to Bitcoin, they ask for 28$ fees imagine to send the transaction...
Bitcoin should take between 2-3$ fees I'm using crypto for years and this site asks for 28$ fees just straight up robbery.

At first i was nervous to make a purchase from eldorado.gg because of the many negative reviews, i have used eldorado to make purchases for gaming accounts and am very satisfied with how the outcome went, very legit site just find a highly rated seller as the site is legit but sometimes not all the sellers are, i bought from eldorado. Last for the fortnite account i got. Hope this helped :D

I purchased a 500 dollar account from them and they proceeded to tell me to get a refund because I couldn't "verify" they wanted my card and passport. $#*! website don't buy from them.

If you have a legit seller you won't have any problems buying stuff, but if you're scammed do not expect a reply from the support staff. They claim to answer in 3 days but it doesn't happen. 5 days warranty to get your money back in case of scam is a lie and having proof won't help. Be careful

The Russian seller provided false information to me!

When I raised disputed and tried to contact the support of Eldorado, they never responded to my email or messages!
Then the order is automatically marked as delivered and completed after 3 days!

This Eldorado site is supporting all the scammers! And it is your own fault if you still choose to buy and get SCAMMED on this site after reading this review!

Also most of the sellers are from Russia!
How could I tell this? Because the account email are all Russian emails!
This site is probably runs by some Russian scammers as well!

I would give it a ZERO star if I had the option, DO NOT give your hard-earned money to these RUSSIAN SCAMMERS!

One day, I thought about buying a Fortnite account with some OG skins because played during the early days of that game and wanted to show it. I searched around and found eldorado.gg, when I made the purchase of my first account, it went smoothly. I got what I paid for and no need of verification. Then, I wanted to buy another one because the first one didn't have all the items I wanted. When I wen to make my second purchase, it started good, but then went downhill. It canceled the order while it was loading because apparently I didn't "verify in allotted time" and then since I didn't verify, is suspended my account so now and can't buy anything else. I made a second account to try to buy the account again, but it did the exact same thing. But this time, it didn't even give me the option to verify. Anyway, this site only works for certain accounts.

Eldorado is an absolute joke of a website.
I sold an account there with a 5 day insurance grace period. 2 weeks later I get a message from the buyer that it has been hacked or banned.
Eldorado tells me that they have suspended my account until I can help the buyer what the hell am I meant to do about it? Rubbish company

I bought a cheap account and it came in about 20 minutes, at first i thought it was sketchy and did not believe it but somehow I got full access, make sure to check if the buyer you are buying from has a lot of good feedback.

TRASH WEBSITE AND TOXIC PEOPLE WORKING THERE. THEY SCAMMED ME AND REFUSE TO GIVE BACK MONEY. I HAVENT RECIEVED SHT FROM YOU! ALSO THEYRE BEING $#*!S AND BANNED TWO OF MY ACCOUNTS WITHOUT EXPLAINATION?!?
