I just had the most bizzare experience i had in a long time on a site online, i bought there boost for rank in a game, i asked before for price and servers, seller said yes, then mentioned that he is from a diff region, (never said anything about playing not on the servers he agreed to with the price) i canceled order and the site support was forcing me to give him good review and said he helped me, even tho he didnt, they banned me for nothing giving the guy a good review? Insane service, 1/5, terrible

I went to place an account i have up for sale and they required an id and picture. Once i provided those my account was permanently suspended and they refuse to give a reason why. I did cover the important parts of my id so they cant technically steal my identity because any gov facilitys etc etc need to see the full id.

They banned my account for ''Suspicious activity'' without any explanation. Before this ban I deposit 40 euros to buy some gold for WOLTK. They didn't refund me my money and they blocked me on their chat, and they also ignoring e-mails. Think 2 times before deposit money there!

Bad place to sell accounts support is with buyer all time + my account got suspended.

I was looking to sell in-game items on this site.
I sent in my id as I was asked to. They approved it then like 1 min later,
They suspended me.

I sold an guy 150m via Eldorado.gg, at the time I had like 50 reviews for services and accounts, then I delivered gold in 5 minutes of the order started and marked as paid.

Then the buyer left me bad feedback, ofc I got mad into it because I knew that was another vendor or someone trying scam me after it, and yes I was right.

Even after that blackmail, support decided to ban me for 3 days, then I got pissed off and said ok $#*! that then im reporting you in all sites that I know, then they said.

Now you permanent banned.

So ALL vendors, stay AWAY from eldorad, their support are completly crazy and unprofessional.

I HOPE that you were not the guy in charge of my thing. Because if you did, you are completly unprofessional and unfair.

This website is a scam. I purchased an account for $60. I received it, but six days later, it was pulled back. Do not trust sellers on this website. They give you a ransomware email domain that hijacks accounts, known as "rambler.ru." If you're ever purchasing an account from someone, contact the seller first and ask what email domain the account is linked to. But Eldorado does not have the option to contact sellers unless you purchase the listing, which is unnecessary. So don't purchase anything from this website, especially accounts. There's a higher chance of the account getting pulled back rather than keeping it.

Just don't buy from this website. Yes, the sellers are real but your accounts most likely will be banned and they do not care. There are so many better websites than this sh$t. I learned my lesson. Please don't buy from here.

I've never heard of this website and not sure how they got my card number but I got a 67$ charge & then a 71$ charge a few minutes later from EldoradoGG, I had no choice but to dispute these hopefully ill get refunded.

Do not use this website at ALL. Do not even sell stuff. I recently got charged $200 out of the blue and looked through my transactions and only found one potential source of this charge. Once I took time and confronted them via their live support they simply just said "thanks for your feedback" and proceeded to suspend me. This is honestly the worst website, as a member of 2 years It is outrageous what they'd do to take some money off of you. So please, if you're a new player or an existing member do not use this website. For odd reasons they also require ID verification once you've purchased which is way too fishy considering what kind of service they're providing.

Do not waste your time with this company! The last 2 times i tried to purchase, they cancelled my payment and denied my verification after i purchased from them in the past. Makes no sense at all!

Got ban less then 24h after buying from them avoid at all cost! Dont let them fool u with cheap price

Woke up to 2 charges of almost $100 each and I've never even heard of the company. They obviously don't have very much security for purchasing whatever it is they sell and must encourage scamming people because this shouldn't have happened

Good boosters but the website has issues with communication and professionalism. I only say that because I had yet another order come in which I placed and everything was going well with my booster... then the order got cancelled by "Admin" and I were permanently banned. Like, wtf. The order was in USD so it actually cost double the money for me and all that just sat in my balance unspent until I hounded them enough to get a refund. And even that hasn't come through yet.

So yeah, permabanned for no reason given after many successful and useful orders. Not sure what the Admin team were thinking.

They never help their live support is very bad they constantly suspend accounts I definitely do not recommend this place

Hi, if you ever thought of buying from Eldorado before then this is your sign to not do that. Why? Let's say you wanna buy a Fortnite account and you end up buying one for $50.
First, you probably notice the account's email is either rambler.ru or mail.ru, which is basically 100% a red flag. (They can pull back the emails easily). Second, you will notice how you can't change the email for 3 months. (So they have time to pull back the account after the 5 day protection ends and you can't refund).
3rd, They steal your credit card info and ID and sell it online!
4th, Their support team is a joke. Don't expect much from the support team. You are on your own.
5th, Even if you find someone with 15,000 positive reviews and only 3 negative reviews, it's likely still a scam. People just don't realize they were scammed because they just think someone hacked the account and they never suspect it was the seller who just pulled it back.
Now from experience:
I bought a couple of Fortnite accounts. Some were pretty $#*! (just had something I liked so I bought them) and some were really good (150+ skins and rare cosmetics). It seems like only the good accounts get pulled, so if you buy a $#*! account with barely 50 skins, you are safe.
1st account I bought was a black widow account with 150 skins. They had a weird email problem so it was impossible to change the email. I requested a refund and surprisingly got a refund by the seller. I got Eldorado coins (NOT ACTUAL MONEY) which I used to buy another account for $60. The account had travis scott, merry mint pickaxe, 160 skins etc. I was loving it, but then, a day later, the account got locked (inactive). When I asked for a refund, all I got was a $#*!ty 100 skins only tavis scott account. NO MINTY NOTHING. JUST TRAVIS SCOTT and $#*! skins. But somehow a couple days later, I noticed that someone reactivated the account (I had the account added as a friend on my alt account so I was able to see the account playing) and changed the email. (the seller pulled back the account and sold it to someone else. Likely to scam them too a day later).

This so called "business" is a scam I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bunch of scammers based in China, problems with sellers changing passwords and they deliberately ban you when you ask for your money back. Verify ID and they say for reasons they can't say they're canceling my ID verify & refunding my money. One of those places that treat you like the business and themself like the customer, not the first time I had this kind of experience. I also had 2 accounts I'm sure that's why they locked me out, but there's nothing wrong with that not even against terms of service. They're just lazy so admin locked me out rather than use their brain.

They even tell me, I will receive my money back within 5 minutes to 5 days, as if trying to rid themselves of my presence yet again (when it will take a week where I won't have my money).

Lazy chat operators too, don't have time for people.

Check out the photo, tells me I'm getting a refund in eldorado credit but that's a lie I had to contact chat they're just locking my money for a week for no good reason.

Most people are saying how this site is absolute trash, and saying that is identity theft and scams. But I see a very scarce amount of good reviews. Maybe ppl are joking or something, or maybe they get lucky. I honestly dk. But I highly suggest not using it, only bc of all the terrible reviews and risks. Just don't do it.
