I had a problem with the account and the seller wouldn't answer, so I had to make 3 tickets showing them their own policy, only for them to cancel them. 38 dollars wasted

TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. This is a scam, the account is STILL being used by someone else. Eldorado will NOT help you once you are scammed out of your money AND your account. Don't fall victim to this like I did. Go to another site. If you choose to proceed, know you're on your own, and will have zero protection. Except maybe your bank, but if you do a chargeback, eldorado will suspend you, even with ample proof their seller is a scammer, and will allow them to continue to scam.

I do my best to clear the case and also delete the ID cards which they saved and sells because as from my worker I got news that this web saved ID cards and ban their seller and sell those ID cards at darkweb soon this web will be banned and soon this web will be down by FBI.

I wanted to be a seller here and tried to verification. I add my ID card and selfie photo for verification. Even though everything is true, they suddenly said my account is suspended. I tried to talk with the support about this situation ( Support's name is "Bob") He write literally nothing even he seen all the messages. I said that I gonna report this website for taken all my informations and photos then make me suspended. Support just said: " Of course. " Then i wrote him like this: " Bob, are u gonna help me or not? ". He just write after 5 seconds: "No." and close the chat. Now i cant be able to connect to live chat anymore))) This website is a big scam for anybody thinking about to use it. Never ever buy and try to sell anything.

Suspended my account when I tried to verify. Customer support was useless and said they weren't disclosing any information. John also took 30 minutes to reply.

I have bought several accounts for different games and platforms. Delivery is always immediate. The most impressive aspect is support. The few times I had issues with accounts, support was amazing and I always received a full refund. This is the site to use for buying game accounts. Only negative is that there are sometimes issues with accounts but it's normally on the seller side.

What a scam of a site. Terrible customer service! I paid extra for a warranty, then the information I got for an account I bought wasn't usable, refused to refund me. You pay for a warranty that doesn't even work. Such a scam. Also when you talk to customer service they respond like NPC'S. They also told me that in 24 hours they cancel the order if issue isn't resolved, which the issue wasn't. 24 hours come and they say the same thing. The seller can pretend to be helpful by simply responding so the order never gets cancelled, they can lie and run down the clock until your warranty is gone and then the order can't be refunded or cancelled. It's a huge scam!

So I bought a account for 14 dollars and it bout another account for 94 dollars and I contacted the app and they said I didn't spend money I don't appreciate getting scammed that fast I thought it was a legal app but it's not

Tried it 3 different times and was sold stolen accounts all 3 times. Today I messaged Support and they literally laughed at me... Site is a joke, don't trust it go to playerauctions

They banned me for no reason because I positioned my ads well and I was making money, I believe that the admins are the owners of some stores and when they invade their business they ban you

Eldorado is one of the worst places to sell OSRS Accounts, Gold & Services on. The fee's to begin with are terrible! They even charge fees if you buy something, they charge you for selling something and they charge you for cashing out to your bank account. Besides that, their customer support is the absolute worst. They make you feel like you have nothing to say or else you'll get suspensed. Sellers on there that have more then 5000 feedback will always be on there. No matter what they do, they wont get any issues with Eldorado. The reason is the incredible amount of fee's Eldorado receives from the sellers. Sometimes you need to verify ONCE again, even if you already did three times. I find that really uneasy because there's money in my wallet on there. And they usually do it at that point. They are imo the biggest scammers out there. They work together with the biggest sellers and small sellers can get a bit of profit too. If they wont get suspended. It's a terrible platform.

My account was suspended for no reason, even they cant provide a reason for it. The suspension occurred after the legal documents were submitted which makes everything more suspicious.

I happened months ago. I tried to verify with my ID but when I sent my photo of me and my ID they immediately suspend my account permanently. They didn't give any reason and just said only their team knows. I checked in sitejabber turns out I'm not the only one who's identity is stolen.

I used this website for years i give it everything and i had over 100 reviews but suddenly they banned me and didnt even give a reason.i am so disappointed at it at least you should give respect to your sellers
