Bought a comforter set - when it arrived it was thin cheap material not at all as it was depicted on line - total scam / asked for a refund and returned product. Still no refund - have contacted Fair Trading - STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
I had a very pleasant shopping experience with elan linen. They had a very large variety of bed sheets to choose from. We got 2 sets of flannelette sheets and they are amazing. Delivered within a week although there were auspost disruptions. I will definitely shop again with elan.
I ordered 2 kids bed from ElanLinen for my kids. The beds are in good condition and very spacious for the kids. But the delivery arrived a little late.
Bought a $400 quilt cover, and no response, kept ringing, and was told on order, then arrived, and then sent and never turned up. When contacted asking about it, arrived yesterday into warehouse, dispatch tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes, finally cancelled order, sent two emails with bank details to refund, but no response, contacted yet again and saying never received emails from us... issue is still pending after 6 weeks.

No product received after one month. Tried to charge me postage after they couldn't supply what I'd ordered. Claimed they'd refund postage, which they haven't done. Etc. Etc. Etc. Avoid!
I recently bought muslin wraps online and after a day or two I was advised some were not available and I was given the option of a refund or choose from one of the others they had in stock. I decided to choose the others they had in stock and received them within the time frame. The quality of the product are of excellent quality and the prices are the best around from what I have found online. Very happy with quality and customer service. I will definitely be buying again without a doubt. Keep up with the good work.

I purchased a quilt cover online which was delivered within a week. Excellent customer service since I had to return my purchase as I preferred a more crisp feel. I was kept informed through the whole process. I got a credit note and I will definitely buy from them again and will tell my friends and family to as well.

I ordered the product from online by searching the google. A shipping error occurred when the product was delivered to New Zealand, and I could not find the proper way to deal with. I have contacted the staff with chatting on the website, and she caught what is the problem and how to solve exactly. Although I proceeded the refund due to the reshipping period and the mark which is resent to the sender, Im satisfied with the hospitality by hundred percentages and would like to use the website if I have a chance.

I normally do not add reviews but the outstanding service has convinced me to do so. I ordered a throw 3 days ago; I was expecting some guests and I needed a throw rug urgently. Elan linen guaranteed the delivery in time and within 3 days my parcel is here. This is exactly what I was looking for... a THROW - not a blanket. It's SUPER soft and washed up nicely. It is "ivory" in color - but a light ivory - not very deep yellow... which is perfect for me. Also it is lightweight. Also good for me. Please DO NOT hesitate to buy from them due to some bad reviews, service is EXCELLENT!
I don't usually submit reviews like this, but after being VERY reluctant to use this website after reading bad reviews calling it a scam, I have to say that my experience has exceptional. Their live chat support girl "Diana" talked me through the purchase, confirmed the product (Heritage brand All season Wool Quilt in King size) was indeed in stock, I went ahead and ordered. This was Monday night. Today (Wed) at 11am it was delivered to my door, and I should add, I live in Sydney.
Add to this the fact that their price point was less than half what the same quilt retails for at DJs, colour me impressed!

Items on their website said in stock but weren't and now it's been 3 weeks and they still haven't processed my refund! This website is a scam.
