Really disappointed with the experience I had online I placed an order for a throw and cushions I sent a message after a week to see where the order was they said it would be sent in the next few days due to them moving fair enough however another week past still nothing I then got told the cushions were out of stock so I asked that I get a refund they said it would take 5-7 days didn't get for about 10 days the throw finally arrived nearly 3weeks later never again will use again no wonder people use overseas sites I get my orders much quicker

Ok so I ordered some aden anais baby linen of worth $270 on this website and after 4 days I heard nothing so I looked up for their reviews and found this website. I felt so uneasy and regretted why I had not seen them before. These items were for my bub so I was annoyed and sent an email to *******@elanlinen.com, au! Boy I was wrong! I got a response 46 minutes later and the support agent confirmed that parcel will be dispatched next day and I actually received my order after days. I'm actually very happy and the quality of products is excellent. The dream blanket is just love and my bub loves his musy mate! Will definitely shop again xx

I ordered three bedspreads because the prices were very low and they were giving me free home delivery in Perth, Australia. My order number was #******* and expected delivery time was 7 days. I didn’t receive the order even after 10 days. I talked to one of the online agent and she replied that order delivered already. I said few bad words to the agent, but after all verification she again confirmed delivery address. And it was my fault; I gave the wrong address for delivery. But I am very happy that they didn’t charge me extra and delivered me in 4 working days. Sorry for my mistake and I am really happy with their bedspreads quality and customer services!

I posted this to their Facebook page to sum up my experience:
"I had a really poor experience purchasing from you. I placed an order on the 21st of July. My money was debited immediately. After no email confirmation or receipt of my order I used the "live chat" function on your website on the 7th of August where I was informed you did have my correct email and what I purchased was no longer available. I was informed I would be refunded, however it was not until I contacted you AGAIN today, 14 August that I received my refund.
Your communication skills with customers and your customer service are truly amazing, I have never seen anything like it before. Did you expect to sell me something you didn't have in stock, take my money and get away with it?"

I ordered a set of Aiden and Anais swaddles for a friends baby shower. The money was taken immediately but as of today ( 15 days later) my order has yet to arrive. I have sent 3 emails and called twice with no response. On my third call I was told that they were having delivery issues and that my purchase would be sent out the next day... its still not here. I understand that delivery problems happen but a simple email back to me would have been nice. Will not order from this site again.

I ordered 2 doona covers & one small kids floor rug in 26. 06. 15. I contact Elan Linen on 16. 07. 15, as my order had not arrived. On the 20. 07. 15, they replied saying the kids rug was found to have defects & that's why they hadn't sent the order. Apparently a new order was due to arrive that week & my order would be dispatched after that. It is now 04. 08. 15, five and a half weeks from the date the order was placed & still no parcel has arrived. They were very quick to take the money from my account but have so far have failed to deliver. Considering the huge delay, I would've thought that it would be common sense & good customer service to just send the 2 items that are in stock asap & send the out of stock item later.
I've contacted them again today & just awaiting a response...

I visited Elan Linen online site for the first time and ordered cushions on 20 June money was immediately debited from my bank account. On 6 July I still had not received my purchase. I rang Elan Linen on 6 July to follow up my order and was told the cushions I had ordered were out of stock (according to your website when I placed my order 8 cushions were in stock). I was told when phoning that Elan Linen maybe getting another order in and I would be emailed within the hour if that were the case if not I would get a refund. After about 2hours I still had not received the email as promised. I made another phone call and was told I can have a refund.

I was not happy with the Customer Service and I asked if I could put a complaint through but Elan Linen just hung up in my ear.

I do a lot of online shopping and have never received such POOR customer service that I received from Elan Linen. A email or phone call should have been given to me letting me know the cushions were out of stock. Elan Linen were very efficient in debiting my account.

This is my second visit to Elan Linen for Aden and Anais swaddle wrap and baby blankets. I googled and got this brand available at Elan Linen. I purchased Rock Star Classic Swaddle Wrap 4 Pack, sleeping bag and Shine On Classic Dream Blanket. Price was again very good as compare to others. There was bit delay in the order, but customer support member already informed me in a nice way! So happy with their service and product prices!
