I ordered some Aden anais items from Japan and elan linen was only company with a reasonable shipping quote. The goods arrived yesterday (took 17 days) in total and perfectly packed. The parcel was not traceable but I had no problems with delivery. Thank you guys

I ordered some swaddles for a disabled mum and we needed them within 3 days. I checked almost 5 online stores and all of them apologized but Elanlinen delivered them to me in NSW overnight and free of cost. The online chat was very supportive and a quick way to do something as Stella took my order and ensured that it gets shipped next day. So five stars for you girl and thank you elan. I hope that bad reviews would not affect your business.

I checked first to see if product was in stock before ordering and was assured it was and could be posted to me within a couple of days after order was recieved ( and payed for). It took two weeks to be posted and I was NOT impressed with customer service at all in the interim.
No response to a phone message ( no one seems to answer the phone) nor an email requiring information on my purchase till I asked for a refund by email unless my revised deadline was met.
I was happy with my purchase when it finally arrived and it was cheaper than other sites for the same product.
Their Alpaca blankets are of great quality and the prices are so tempting. When I bought one I could not resist telling my friends about it and we ordered 3 more! Orders arrived within a week and delivery was safe and free. I wonder about your negative reviews elan linen, some people just keep complaining perhaps! But they have kind staff and good service. Keep going

I ordered a Yoyo stroller from Elan and the delivery took a little longer than expected. As they advised that stroller is on back order with suppliers but when it eventually arrived it was missing the backing. I contacted them & the customer service lady was very attentive and kind. She confirmed that it will be sent soon and it arrived 3-4 days later. I couldn't have been more happy with it (albeit the time it took).

It was my third chance of shopping online when I placed an order with www.elanlinen.com.au for some sheet sets which I needed desperately. One of their customer service representatives sent me a message through their chat system if I wanted any help. I had read some of the bad reviews here so wanted to be sure about the delivery date. The lady advised that the sheet set I wanted can be despatched within 5 working days and I took her word. After a week I received an email saying that my parcel was waiting at my post office which I picked up the next day. The sheet set was so soft and I received them well in time for my guests. All in all, it was a pleasure shopping with them.
A kind Thank you to all members of the Elan team who have helped over the past couple weeks getting my order in place. I ordered worth $5000 bed linen from this company and everything has arrived and I can't express how very happy I am with the customer service, support and the products sent.

Lies, Lies and more lies. They confirmed in writing that they had the product prior to my purchase and they would dispatch and deliver quickly. A week later they confirmed they did not have any and were expecting more within a couple of days. Kept chasing for the next 6 weeks. Nothing but lies. Tried to cancel the order and get a refund, they refused...
Do not trust anything this organisation says, pay more and use someone else.
I took good 2 hours on the elan website before placing my order since there were so many quilt covers to choose from and I liked so many so it took me a while to decide which one to go for. I even asked the online chat rep to show me the best sellers. Nonetheless I placed my order and received the parcel from elan within the same week and it was exactly what I wanted. Good job Elan.
We have ordered bath accessories from dri glo range thrice with this company for our clinic and we never had any inconvenience. The products are great & order always arrives in a very reasonable time given the distance from VIC to WA it takes hardly 6 days. We'll keep buying from them in future and have no complaints. I got myself a rug from Elan Linen which I had been dreaming about for sometime now. Saved for weeks and placed the order with this company. Although I was little hesitant to spend this much money online with seemingly a small company but all turned out to be great. The product, customer service and shopping experience was perfect. I'll be back again for some linen very soon.
I ordered some aden anais swaddles and a dream blanket for my bub and received the order within a week. The products are genuine and authentic and price was good too. I did not receive a dispatch confirmation but my order though. Thanks, will recommend buying from them.
Not sure what all the negative reviews here are about. My order from Elan Linen arrived within 5-8 days which was very impressive. The company's communication was smooth and efficient. Kate even credited my account when I told her my $10 first-timers voucher didn't process on my order. I was a bit sceptical about using elan linen based on some of these comments but didn't have a problem at all. Used the quilt cover already and its fantastic. Very happy.
This site will take your money, not send your goods and then ignore you. Which is stealing in most peoples eyes. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Made a purchase two months ago which I have not received yet. Have asked for a refund after phoning multiple times and not recieving a direct answer on when it would arrive. Keep promising to return my call then never do. Have started a retrieval through the bank.
I am "over the moon" with my Kas quilt cover set. Kas has transformed my bedroom with their vibrant design and the quality of the fabric is outstanding; it is absolutely blissful to sleep under. Elan Linen made the whole shopping experience a joy.
Received my alpaca throws in time for my sister's birthday. Very pleased with the delivery time and products. I was provided with a tracking number which helped to keep an eye on my parcel.
