The service of souq.com is terribly bad. I placed an order with souq.com for a monitor and it was confirmed that the monitor will be delivered within May 17,2018. As of May 27, even 10 days after the delivery date passed, there was no sight of the delivery of the material. Customer service response was equally bad. One customer service agent tells me that the order will be cancelled and another says that it will be delivered. They do not want to escalate to higher management as they are NOt allowed to escalate to them. Is this the attitude of Amazon.com company? Shame on them! They let us down like this and will never respond properly. My recommendation is NOt to deal with them or otherwise we will only have headaches.
The third time they have let me down. Started using them 7 years ago and they were superb. Now they are trash. Last time, a month ago, they cancelled my order after a week as item was out of stock - it took two weeks to get a credit card refund. This time I went for COD - they delivered totally the wrong item; I had our secretary take delivery and she paid for me - she was not to know the item was wrong (it looked ok, but was not the correct part number). I phoned and they say they are not responsible, it's a third party problem, but they can't tell me who the third party is. I'll never trust this outfit again.
Cant believe This is a Amazon company. Absolutely rubbish.
Most items in the catalogue are not available with the seller. No feedback mechanism. No problem solving staff.

The bottle has one extra "S" above the logo + the ingredients are different. If this is a fake of the original supplement, who can guarantee what exactly ingredients are inside?

I bought a 32" Curved Samsung white TV online on January 23rd and when it got delivered I opened it right in front of the delivery guy cos I was excited to see it, unfortunately the inside of the screen was cracked and you dont see it til you turn the TV ON
The delivery guy told me they will replace it with no issue, I called the souq.com customer service and made the claim and they told me again it will be no problem
Guess what? I was in war with this guys for over 3 months back and forth, calling them daily and no one seems to care or handle my case, i was not given my money back and in their final decision they sent me back the same broken monitor I got the first day
Not to mention the frustration of not calling me back and let me wait for days and no email sent back and every rep will tel me something different every single day and they even put words on my mouth, you said this and you said that and we called you and you did not answer... bunch of lies

Worst service, Call Center no one ready to take nay responsibility to resolve delivery issues, every one blames others, we don't have any direct contacts from operation team, which they delayed tremendously.

My Name is Robin Rappai. I have been a Souq customer since i landed in UAE. Recently they have been associated with Amazon and since then I feel the company has gone to dust. You talk to such unprofessional team members and no body has a clue what is customer servivce is. No one transfer the call to the supervisor and no supervisor call you back. I made 10 calls with an average 30 mins on call to receive a call form a Supervisor or called called there escalation team (Name - Najam). No help from him and again a similar incompetency and no care attitude. I am ashamed to be part of Souq family and I am sad to say that Amazon is really has put itself down. Shame on both of them.
I order more than order from Souq EGYPT and every time i get Poor quality and delay shipment for example i have Order ID: #*******167 supposed to be received since 8-04-2018 and till now i didn't know where it shipment company over promising all the time and i submit more than complain on SoQU portal without feed back Please if any one have a official mail for complain team please advise
Wrong product delivered, the ordered which i had placed was not the same as i received, i wrote n number of mails to souq customer but every time i got a reply saying that they are sorry to hear and will get your query resolved... when i asked for a refund or exchange these people say thats not the policy... SERIOUSLY!
Neither i got the phone exchanged nor i got my refund...

Very disappointed, after going to amazon the service has really dropped. They have just ruined my sons birthday. No one answers phones fro their side or their couriers. Been using them for years and trust them. Not anymore
Hi I ordered Clarisonic MiaFit from souq which showed FULFILLED BY SOUQ but the item stopped working within 10days when I checked with souq they refused to change /refund or repair as the item was not under warranty. When I checked there terms and conditions it should all FULFILLED BY SOUQ items comes with warranty. Totally disappointed with souq.
It is one of the best websites that i have ever used it is very cheap and good quality and it took only 48 hours to be delivered it is really amazing the products i bought are excellent quality nothing is fake i bought 9 perfumes they are perfect! LOVED IT SO MUCH!
I had just ordered 2 books from souq, but when they had sent the confirmation e-mail, They said that it would take 2 weeks. I mean, 2 WEEKS FOR 2 BOOKS!

I order one delivery and they refuse to give with no id, then my coworker order and the delivery man gave her the order with no id, only because they both asian!

I have Give them 1 star because it wouldnt let me type without a star. But for me Ill give them NO STAR. Disgusted with the service that souq has given me. Same items purchase 3 times and all the times dealer & cancelling my order after deducting from my credit card. Gave me a 7 days period for full fill the order and last minute cancelling my order after waiting for so long and did the same 4 times to me.
If the dealers and making trouble then do not maintain such a dealers like that, who is spoil your name..
I bought mk watch from souq it was authentic, it was really good deal, watch comes with box and tags, its looks amazing i love it, for delivery i choose wing so i received in the same day but i paid extra for shipping
Bought a MAC lipstick with the same price as the original and it was clearly 100% fake! And 2 pallets which I opened and they refused a refund because i tested it! WHAT THE?
I can't imagine anywhere worse to buy from than souq.com. I thought that it was just in Egypt but I was shocked with the same experience even in UAE. Sellers are allowed to sell products that are already out of stock, also no real time inventory tracking which results in order not being delivered.
Worst customer experience and satisfaction ever, at this rate they will be out of business soon. Cheap commerce software with 0 advanced planning and optimization and of course no transportation management or at least it feels this way.
Answer: They are not allowing to open the consignment and will ask if any non-conformance you contact SOUQ customer service and they will refund. But remember refund is a hell process and finally you will say go to hell i no need any thing. Like i did

Answer: Do not. You are more than likely to not get a warranty with your purchase. Even if the phone is broken from manufacturers side they will not refund your money. I used to buy from them all the time. The last time I decided to buy wifi extenders, I brought 3. One of them blew up as soon as I plugged it in. I explained this to them, first they accused me of using it wrong (it's an extender you are supposed to plug it into a wall socket - I had set up the previous 2 the same way). Then they tried to claim they won't take it back because I opened it... Illogical stupid excuses for why they wouldn't refund my money. They refused even to exchange it. That was this time last year and since then I've never ordered from them again.
Answer: Not at all. Its an auctioned product which i got, which was not working and already expired one. You will not get warranty for that, if you need to confirm this, just take the serial number of mobile and go to apple store. Please dont ve cheated.
Answer: Typical Souq.com. File a report with the Department of Economic Development or the Dubai Police.
