I wanted to send a bunch of flowers from eFlorist with the added bonus of free chocolates to a relative who had lost her husband earlier in the year. I knew it would be a difficult time of year for her with Christmas approaching.
She said that they were beautiful and that she couldn't express how much they meant to her.
While ordering her plants a close friend was diagnosed with covid and was isolating.
I ordered a bunch of flowers for her as well of course with the free chocolates. They were a hit too, brightening her week.
I ordered different bunches of flowers for both and for them to be delivered on the same day. I hadn't realised at first you could order more to different addresses.
I received emails about both orders when they were being delivered and when the flowers had actually been delivered.
I am very happy with purchase and I will definitely be ordering again.
Only went with this company as advertising free chocolates as a Christmas offer…
Bought the Christmas offer - ‘free chocolates with every flower order' -No chocolates were sent - only found out from my in-laws after Christmas. Contacted company and was automatically refunded £2 - contacted ‘unhelpful' customer services they apparently are unable to deliver chocolates now even though they are still advertising them - refused any other type of refund!

After placing my order I realised I hadn't left my name on the message.
I couldn't find a phone number on the website or email confirmation, the opening hours were detailed but no number. There was an option of a live chat through the help function but couldn't find the help function either.
The only option was to send an email, which I did and received an automated response advising of a response in 3 days - by which time my flowers would have been delivered
Dreadful service
The card and the free chocolates were a nice touch and the delivery fit in really well for the recipient but the flowers did not look anything like what I had chosen. Yes I understand that each one is individual but it was mostly green leaves hardly any colourful flowers and they also looked wilted.
I would think twice about buying stain only because I feel if you are to receive flowers it should be a wow moment.
Weve ordered a festive Christmas basket for 70 quid but instead were delivered a completely different flower arrangement that looked more suitable for a funeral than Christmas table. When complained, they told us they run out of red flowers and instead made up an arrangement from the flowers they had, which in their words closely resembles the ordered bouquet. Well, it's nowhere near what we ordered. Instead of either cancelling order or asking us whatever it's ok to prep a completely different arrangement, they just took the liberty to deliver whatever they want.
Ordered large bouquet... glad I didn't order small... awful... the 'large' bouquet was just a bit bigger than my hand. Flowers were wilted and the price of flowers didn't reflect what was shown in the picture.
It was for my daughter who had been ill to cheer her up... I'm surprised she didn't have a relapse. I could have got a better/ bigger bunch from the local garage at less than half the price.
Extremely disappointed please avoid.

Wanted to send a quick bouquet to my goddaughter who recently left hospital 2 days before Xmas. E-florist came to my help with a good choice and delivery over other competitors. As I had successfully used this website previously, I was thrilled when she rang to say how lovely they were and how much better she felt. That's why we send flowers is it not? A delighted customer.
I found ordering online an efficient process. Navigating the site was easy and I was able to choose quickly the flowers I wanted. There was a very good range to choose from.
Unfortunately I had to cancel a order from another company as the failed to deliver then gave a date of the 10th January.
Very disappointing with flowers, only a few stems. Would get more from a supermarket bouquet. Won't be using you again.
I have ordered from Eflorist a few times now and they have always been amazingly helpful and easy to order from.
The bouquets are always exquisite and last a good few weeks and the peace lily I ordered after someone lost a loved one was just beautiful and is still thriving even after a year!
They are value for money in my experience and I've just ordered some beautiful roses for my partners birthday and can't wait to see them turn up xxxx

Arrived a day earlier than should which on any other delivery would be great but it meant my wife was out, luckily the neighbour took them in. Also the arrangement of flowers were a LOT smaller than the picture and price makes out! Won't be using again.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
