I chose to order from this website because they were the only ones offering delivery on the 2nd Jan (my mums 50th birthday). It wasn't until AFTER I had paid I had a disclaimer on the email saying they could be 1 or 2 days later. And now having researched myself, their courier doesn't even deliver on a Sunday! Why on earth they advertised these flowers as delivery date 2nd Jan I have no idea. At the very least I will be expecting a delivery fee refund from this company! Poor service. Let's just hope the flowers are worth it.

So pleased to have found this florist company. I ordered flowers for a friend and the whole process went so smoothly. Beautiful flowers, well packaged, great communication and DPD delivery supplied updates and a one hour timespan. The whole process was excellent.

Because I was ordering from Canada, I was very apprehensive about which florist to choose to send flowers to my sister in England. But it all went very smoothly. My sister loved the flowers and chocolates. And I loved and appreciated that you kept me informed every step of the way. Based on this experience, my other sister (who also lives in Canada) will be using your services in the future, as will I. We have friends and family in England. So it's great to have a good flower service there we can rely on. Thank you!

No Flowers Delivered!

I am appalled to say that my flowers were ordered on Thursday 30th December for delivery on Friday 31st. They were not delivered on Friday or Saturday 1st January. Tomorrow is Sunday and Monday is a Bank Holiday. The reason for using you - for this first time - was because you said you would deliver on Friday, before the long Bank Holiday weekend. I was told I would hear from Yodel. I have not. So, you have taken my money, failed to deliver the flowers and bombarded me with requests for a review. At the moment, I am disgusted with your service. Further, the recipient has had to be asked whether she has received the flowers and chocolates, so the surprise is ruined. I will take steps to SPEAK to someone to discuss a full refund.

Flowers came damaged

I am disabled and cannot get out without a carer. I thought I could order my daughter some flowers for her birthday that happens to be on New Year's Eve, when I received them 3 of the flowers heads had fallen off and they definitely wasn't worth the money I paid for them. I felt ashamed when she opened them and I definitely wouldn't order from you again.

Don't use this florist

This company is not reliable. After ordering flowers for 2 days hence they did not deliver.
Although this was the Christmas period they said the delivery may be a day earlier however it was 6 days late and the recipient had already left the address. On requesting a refund no communication has been received from their customer services.

Unable to cancel a duplicate next day order within 5 minutes of making it. Apparently, the order prep processes start immediately and are unstoppable. Unable to set up Yodel's account to stop the courier delivering the same order twice on the same day to the same addressee(s). You can't phone them although I must say the email responses were prompt. Not sure I'll be using them again. You can't optimise to the point where common and wholly predictable human errors cannot be accommodated.
