Order flowers for Christmas as a surprise gift but was discussed with what turned up. I went the extra mile to pay £85 for them and honestly you could of got alot better from a supermarket fo £20 very disappointed... Will not order again from them

We ordered some Christmas flowers for my sister and they were delivered on time. She was delighted with them and the chocolates (which were included in the price).
Wow I can't even begin to explain how wonderful these flowers are. They are the most beautiful, heartfelt flowers I could've asked to be delivered. I ordered these for a loved one who has just lost a family member. Considering I ordered these 3 days before Christmas they arrived the next day with absolutely no fuss. I will be using this site for every occasion from now on.

I am contacting you to advise that the flowers that I ordered were not delivered on the 24th December 2021 as requested in my order. That specific date was requested as the flowers were for my cousins birthday and have still not arrived. I cant image what state they will be in by now. I have tried to check with Yodel but I keep getting the message we are currently receiving high volumes into our customer contact centre. Please bear with us whilst we work on getting to you. Ordered my mothers flowers to be delivered on Christmas Eve, and recieved a text message advising that they were cancelled as they could not fulfill the order. Used before and had no problem, but on this occasion let me down badly with very little notice.
Very disappointed at the flowers I got for my mother in law for Christmas they do not look fresh at all, the size of the bouquet is a joke I paid 33 pound for a large bouquet and I could count about 10 flowers all together, really upset and would not recommend this flower service to anyone, I want my money back please!

3 last minute Xmas orders in Xmas week. 2 UK and 1 international - all arrived on time. Flowers were good so I have been told. Will try them again.
I sent 3 gifts of flowers this week, and each of them were sent on the correct day and perfect time, all the flowers were absolutely stunning, and my friends all got in touch to say how beautiful they were, as I have ordered many flowers in the past without any problems, this is a company I trust and I wouldn't use anyone else.

You saved the day for me as my daughter was unable to join us at the 11th hour for Christmas Day on the south coast diving down from the Manchester area on Christmas Eve, as her daughter tested Covid positive on the Wednesday. On Thursday I frantically searched to send her some flowers. You were the only florists I could find who were willing and able to deliver on the following day, Christmas Eve. Her children were also with their Dad for Christmas so she would be all on her own. Thank you very much for softening the blow with the bouquet and chocolates - they were a major surprise and success.
Well we have always sent flowers via another company but we thought that due to the reasonable costs using eFlorist it seemed sensible to give them a try. Fantastic value for money, their delivery provider were second to none and the quality of their arrangements were unbelievable. Our elderly Step mum was absolutely taken with the flowers. We would definitely recommend them to everyone
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
