I ordered flowers for my wife, for a specific date, as it was the end of treatment for Prostate Cancer for me and she has been so amazing supporting me.
The flowers were really good and after coming into full bloom looked lovely and lasted beyond expectation.
The only issue I had was they arrived a day later than I wanted them.
Yet again this bouquet I bought for my wife looks beautiful. The ordering was easy, the price was good value and the flowers as described on the website arrived on time. I have used eFlorist Uk several times and have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone.
I ordered flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary and I'm sorry to say the quality was poor
There were just a couple of roses compared to the number of chrysanthemums and a couple of those had broken stems as the image shows. I appreciate that may be down to the courier but that's not my issue

I do not buy flowers very often but was really pleased at the quality of my recent purchase for my wifes birthday the delivery turned up earlier than estimated and the wife loves the flowers
Having only ordered this the previous afternoon I was worried it wouldn't arrive for a birthday the next day. However it was was received early the next morning and the bouquet was made up of stunning fresh flower. Thankyou 10/10
The delivery was prompt and I got regular texts letting me know where the flowers were. The recipients were delighted by their 50th wedding anniversary flowers.
Ordered a medium pack of flowered and received a small pack of just seven small battered and tired Roses, two small Freesias and some addition foliage. Obviously been packed days ago. This was nothing like the photo in. The brochure for this sized pack. Highly disappointed. The price paid for these was no reflection of what was actually received.
I complained and forwarded some photographs and received a reply asking me if I would accept a replacement. I duly confirmed.
The next day we received a lovely proper bouquet from Eflorist which truly reflected the standard expected. We are really pleased with the package and the manner in which Eflorist dealt with the complaint.
If their quality control could match their products, then things like this would not happen.
However, thank you Eflorist for your swift attention to this matter. We do appreciate it.

She received a box of loose dead flowers. Messaged them yesterday and still not got a reply.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday when they arrived late on her birthday 17.30 in the evening opened to find wilted blooms and nothing like advertised on website very disappointing and will not use again

Scam Florist. Avoid! EFlorist are a complete rip off.
EFlorist are a complete rip off. Avoid like the plague. They'll send you a stingy bouquet and charge you a fortune and if you try to complain on their website there's no contact number only email. Their Live chat doesn't even work at all. I bought a bouquet for my wife's 50th, what I received was an absolute joke. Few white roses and closed buds. When I tried to complain I no was told to wait 48 hours which I did. After numerous emails and pics I sent I was told they were satisfied with what they sent. End of conversation! No apology or goodwill gesture. This company has the worse track record for complaints and what you receive is not what you get. Scam florist. Avoid at all costs

Easy site to navigate and flowers were delivered the following day as promised. Competitive pricing so will be happy to use again.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
