I ordered flowers to be delivered saturday, but EFlorist use YODEL. All seemed well when the flowers reached the depot in Preston saturday morning, but then after 10.30 nothing! Yodel says it delivers til 9pm so obviously after 4pm nothing is contactable.
Now it's Sunday and NO flowers.
I know it's note florist fault but they should use a reliable transporter such as DPD. I paid £6 delivery.
Won't use a florist online ever again. I am very disappointed as they were for someone who is not well.

She was thrilled with the flowers, and said that Astromera were her favourite flowers, as I had ordered them last year from you for her 90 Birthday. They lasted a long time.

Same day delivery was not as promised. They did not communicate until I complained. Missed out of competitors same day offers because of delayed responses. Poor communication and poor service.
Went online at 07.45 and was done 10 minutes later. Flowers and vase and card were very nice.
I was advised that the delivery had been made at 19.20, when in fact they were delivered at 16.00.
If possible a despatched or in transit email/text would have been helpful or tracking?

Very disappointed in the quality and size of bouquet of flowers that I ordered for a friend.
I paid £34.99 for what looked like a lovely mix of flowers, but the bouquet that my friend received was nothing like what is on the Website. Not all the flowers were included, the roses were not fresh (slightly brown around the edges) and just a sad looking bouquet to be honest.
I could have got nicer in tesco for half the price.

I bought this bouquet to cheer up my sister-in-law. Unfortunately when she opened them several buds fell off. Which I found quite disappointing, also I ordered a medium bunch, the bouquet seemed a little sparse to be honest.
Have used eflorist a number of times. Their site is easy to navigate and use and the flowers are always really well presented. Within a few days they have always bloomed into really super arrangements. Their courier is brilliant and you are never left wondering where the order is or whether they have been delivered to recipient. Cannot recommend highly enough

Disappointed with your delivery, my mum got the flowers a day late as the delivery driver could not be bothered to take them to her door but left them in a public area of her sheltered housing complex and did not bother to tell anyone.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
