I ordered flowers to be delivered saturday, but EFlorist use YODEL. All seemed well when the flowers reached the depot in Preston saturday morning, but then after 10.30 nothing! Yodel says it delivers til 9pm so obviously after 4pm nothing is contactable.
Now it's Sunday and NO flowers.
I know it's note florist fault but they should use a reliable transporter such as DPD. I paid £6 delivery.
Won't use a florist online ever again. I am very disappointed as they were for someone who is not well.

Followers arrived late the next day so I can't complain at that.

However the size of the bouquet was very disappointing.

I paid for a large but looked small or average sized at best to me and my wide agreed.

Thank you for your prompt delivery of flowers delivered for my aunt to her daughters address.
My aunt had been in hospital for a month, and came out yesterday to stay with her daughter. The flowers I ordered the day before arrived for when she returned home. She was thrilled with the flowers, and said that Astromera were her favourite flowers, as I had ordered them last year from you for her 90 Birthday. They lasted a long time.

This is the second time I have used eFlorist, and it won't be the last!

Michael our choir master, is the kindest patient gifted willing person I know. Turns up leads us through sometimes difficult pieces for not one penny worth of charges all weathers. Not in the peak of health either.
Of late quite poorly and lives on his own. Seeing your lovely bouquets on display on the internet,
Ah, I thought that is it says it all fresh pretty heart soaring delivered plus free chocolates to the door.
That I know will cheer him from us in the choir with love dear Michael.

Same day delivery was not as promised. They did not communicate until I complained. Missed out of competitors same day offers because of delayed responses. Poor communication and poor service.

Went online at 07.45 and was done 10 minutes later. Flowers and vase and card were very nice.
I was advised that the delivery had been made at 19.20, when in fact they were delivered at 16.00.
If possible a despatched or in transit email/text would have been helpful or tracking?
Otherwise very happy overall.

Very disappointed in the quality and size of bouquet of flowers that I ordered for a friend.
I paid £34.99 for what looked like a lovely mix of flowers, but the bouquet that my friend received was nothing like what is on the Website. Not all the flowers were included, the roses were not fresh (slightly brown around the edges) and just a sad looking bouquet to be honest.
I could have got nicer in tesco for half the price.
Don't think I will be using this service again

Have used eflorist a number of times. Their site is easy to navigate and use and the flowers are always really well presented. Within a few days they have always bloomed into really super arrangements. Their courier is brilliant and you are never left wondering where the order is or whether they have been delivered to recipient. Cannot recommend highly enough

Disappointed with your delivery, my mum got the flowers a day late as the delivery driver could not be bothered to take them to her door but left them in a public area of her sheltered housing complex and did not bother to tell anyone.

What a disgrace. I ordered a large spring bouquet. £31. 00. 10 roses IS NOT A LARGE BOUQUET. And the box they were delivered in was all bashed. I will NEVER ORDER from you again an certainly WILL NOT recommend to anyone WHAT A DISGRACE. Photo attached.

Great service thank you, ordered yesterday delivered today. They had the intended outcome and that was to cheer my bestie up who has covid.

I ordered lovely flowers for my mum before Xmas. They arrived in good time and she was very pleased. They lasted well into the New year. Thank you
