Been using you for a few years now, several,times the tall lilies were crushed but this time I didn't order tall,lilies, so it was fine
I ordered a bouquet of flowers that were worth £39.99 but on sale for £26.99. They certainly were not worth £26.99 let alone £39.99 which is a shame. They look like a £10 bunch from a supermarket.
They did arrive within 24 hours with a free (very small) box of chocolates.
I'm poorly so couldn't get out the house to pick and deliver some myself but wish I contacted my local florist as I would have got a lot more for my money. With £5.99 delivery on top of the flowers it cost me around £30 in total!

I ordered online and I got the order delivered at the time they said, chocolates were a bit small but they were all delivered safely in a strong cardboard box

I ordered flowers first my mum on her birthday as I couldn't get to see her. I arranged for them to arrive on her birthday but they didn't arrive. I presume that they are still on their way. I won't be using again.
I wanted to get some flowers for my wife, because she nursed me after contracted COVID. I had looked at other internet florists, and none seemed to have the display, range and delivery day I was after.
I wanted next day delivery as well, so eflorist seemed to tick all the boxes.
They arrived within the estimated time slot via yodel. When they arrived, they were amazingly presented, within a sturdy box.
It's the first I have used an internet florist, and I am not disappointed on my choice. I would definitely use eflorist again.

With the pandemic making it exceptionally difficult to be able to see my lovely mumma for her birthday this year it was so nice to be able to order gorgeous flowers easily that didn't cost a fortune and I had free chocolates thrown in.

The only difference between this florist and the other online florists were the chocolates that were included in the price …. My mother didn't receive hers and I have contacted the company several times with no luck …. So I'll just shop elsewhere
Flowers delivered a day later than planned, left on the drive. The delivery man did not even ring the bell to see if the recipient were in. It was raining so the box was soaking wet when found and the chocolates that were supposed to be delivered with the flowers were missing. First order with that company, last one I think... I obviously never received the photo of the delivery!
Ordered on Saturday Delivered Monday, beautifully in bud, will look amazing once opened. Cannot fault this service
First time using eflorist and i am satisfied with the quality of flowers but courier left the box by the front door, which means its on public display and on a busy road. Anyone could have picked it up. Also the box was soaked by rain however flowers weren't damage! Courier was DPD
Ordering with eflorist was easy, arrive the next morning and the flowers were exactly as pictured. My mum loved them. And got free chocolates too

Ordered for next day delivery, it was a Sunday, and despite the warning on the website that there may be delays, the flowers were on time and my mother said they were lovely.
In my opinion, two things need to be improved:
1. Delivery must be much more precise in time.
2.At the time of arrival you should inform the recipient by sms or phone that the parcel has arrived and where you have left it.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
