Eflorist is just my go to flower buying. Its all I need, flowers turn up not fully opened so they last longer, they are presentable and delivered on time even with chocolates, cuddly toys and a vase on one occasion. Prices seem fair for the convenience. Quick easy minimal hassle for me, but still the benfits of being thoughful.
Avoid this company/florist at all costs! I sent a £40 bouquet of flowers to my granny for her 93rd birthday. First of all, it was nothing like the photo on the website. It was one rose, a few cheap flowers and foliage. The rose was half dead on arrival and completely dead within a few days. I was mortified when I saw the flowers, upon visiting my granny. I had a huge amount of back and forth with the company, trying to claim a full refund. They tried to argue that they would not refund me, because it was more than 7 days since the delivery, despite the fact
That it had only been 5 days. This back and forth went on for nearly a week, and I was eventually refunded 50% of the cost of the flowers. Overall, such a disappointing experience. I will never use this company again and I urge everyone to avoid them, unless you want a pathetic bunch of dead flowers!

Terrible flowers for nearly £30; even at 10% off it is abysmal! The advert showed a lovely bouquet with 7 types of flowers. 5 types of flowers received in a supposedly medium bundle sold at Tesco for less than £5. No contact number so cannot call and the chat service is unresponsive. So much for cheering up my friend on her birthday. Will never use eFlorist again. Extremely disappointing.

I am really upset and disappointed with the quality of flowers that have been sent. The flowers were dead and shrivelled up. I am so upset that my mum felt that she needed to send me pictures of how poor quality they were. She had covid during her birthday so I wanted to send some flowers to cheer her up!

Quick, easy and relatively well priced. Used before and although I have not received the latest flowers they have always been excellent quality and long lasting.
It seems nowadays so many websites are complicated and hard to use. However I found eflorist very easy, loaded address, delivery date in minutes. A very efficient service, very practical and I received confirmation of order in minutes. I would definately recommend eflorist

Ordered some flowers to surprise a friend. Great selection at a price to suit most budgets. I liked having the ability to choose the flowers and then choose the size of bouquet to order which were then delivered on the date advised.
My only minor criticism would be with the delivery company as the first I knew the flowers were out for delivery was when I had confirmation they had been left in the recipient's safe place.
Order at 2h30 am. Was delivered by lunch time. With all the trimmings so happy for quick and good priced delivery
I have used this company online a few times, ordering from Spain to UK. Everyone has been really happy with tje delivery and quality of the bouquets, not to mention the chocs (they don't know they are free). So easy to order and excellent follow up messages.
A very well packed and presented box of red roses which arrived right on time.
The recipient couldn't believe her eyes when she opened the box. Such a huge bunch of 50 red roses. They were superbly packed and totally without any damage.

Cannot comment on any flowers as they have not been delivered. I ordered them for my daughters birthday. And I am informed they might be delivered by 6.oo oclock tonight. As they were being delivered to her at work and she finishes at 5.00 not good. Surely if someone orders flowers for a birthday or any special event to still be waiting at 6.00 is a big letdown. I wish I had used Interflora and will be using them in future.
Used the service before and as I can't get out have used it again to send a bouquet to my wife for Valentines Day.
The value is very good and last time the flowers lasted over a month.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
