We ordered flowers day before the delivery. It was our daughter birthday. Nothing arrived. No contact number to call. Robot responded that order was picked up by a local florist, whatever this means, and they can not provide contact details of the florist and that order shall be delivered by 6 pm. Same response we got from email. Appalling.

Nothing arrived by 6:45 pm and still no responce to our emails or any apologies nor clarification.

It is now 6.40PM on my sisters birthday and she has not received my order.

Ordered 100 roses for a reasonable price for the misses and she loved it they smelt so nice and where so fresh!

Beautiful flowers with free chocolates at a reasonable price. Very happy and easy to order and very straight forward.

The serves was amassing, the flowers and vase combo totally did the job they were meant to do and smelled wonderful as well as looking good.

I have used eFlorist UK on a number of special occasions and have always received a good report from the recipient, gorgeous flowers and chocolates beautifully presented that arrive on the special day. Living outside the Uk they are an easy link for me to my loved one, thank you for your service and of course the special offers you give help.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers valued at £40 for a friend's 80th birthday. The date for delivery (an additional £4.50) was 4 days later. On the day of delivery I received an email stating the bouquet could not be sourced from local florists and they suggested a different bouquet could be delivered a day later. The only offer of a different bouquet was of vastly inferior flowers with a value of £25. I rejected it and asked for a refund and was left with my friend receiving nothing but an apology from me. I will not use Eflorist again.

Always on time, beautiful flowers that last for a long time and easy to use website. Would recommend and will never look back!

Cannot thank florist enough, in my rush to get order out in time I'd put house no. 69 instead of 169 …. They thankfully went back and delivered…cannot thank them enough.
My sister in law was so pleased with flowers. This was a sad day as it was the first anniversary of losing a beloved brother who had died with the Covid. The flowers were to let sister in law know we were thinking of her.
Thank you so much for the service, especially as I had made such a stupid mistake.
