I chose the eFlorist Standard size Serenity flowers with free chocolates and card for my friend's 50th Birthday. The online purchase was easy and I received emails from eFlorist confirming my purchase and details of how they would be delivered plus the tracking number. I then received emails from Yodel with the tracking number and updates of the delivery. Yodel delivered on the morning of the requested day. My friend is delighted with her "lovely, beautiful, pink flowers and chocolates" and I am pleased too. Excellent service. I will be buying from eFlorist again. This was the first time I have tried eFlorist and I was given a 10% discount off my first order for signing up to their emails and 16% discount, once order placed, for my friends also a 10% discount off my next order
Had a problem with payment, contacted them and they sorted all out, very quick and easy and very helpful.
I ordered flowers for my sister in laws 70th birthday. Ordered Jan 30th for. Feb 1st delivery. They arrived on her birthday but not until 1830 at night so she must have thought she wasn't getting any gift. The flowers came without any water. Two days later she got onto me to say sorry but the flowers arrived with broken stems, were starting to wither and also starting to go brown. I sent an e mail to e florist and had a live chat and they immediately said they would sent a replacement bunch. This was acceptable but sadly they didn't arrive in a better condition. Again they arrived with broken stems and were looking withered. I saw them myself after the next day and they were pathetic. Not something you would expect someone to receive for a birthday gift. I sent e florist another e mail and have today tried to get them on live chat but that doesn't appear to be working. I need someone to contact me and get this sorted out but this doesn't appear to be the case

Received lots of marketing emails but NO FLOWERS - no communication as to delay of delivery.
The order was placed 6 days prior to nominated delivery date - acknowledgement of order with correct delivery details and date of delivery received. Follow up email "what happens next" advising courier would send tracking details. No tracking details received, NO FLOWERS delivered. Response from customer services chasing order was automatic email received receipt. WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
I ordered beautiful flowers for my Auntie for her birthday. Next day delivery(I had forgotten date!) She was soo happy to receive them. She is over 80 and lives in wardened flat, so doesn't get out much. A beautiful surprise, could hear the smile on her face when she called to say she had them. A lovely surprise xxxThankyou

Not happy I ordered flowers to be delivered on the Saturday they did not arrive. Yodel don't deliver on a sunday. I paid £5.99 for delivery! I hope the flowers are still worth having when they arrive Monday.

My mum wasn't in when these were delivered. The box was left on the doorstep in the pouring rain all smashed and crushed. The flowers are broken and I won't be using you again
It is my Mums birthday today and she is in hospital. I ordered her some flowers and the florist made a flower arrangement that was hospital ward friendly. All on the same day I may add. They were also delivered on the same day too. Thanks for your help, you have been great. Mum absolutely love the flowers and has made her day :)

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
