Great service easy to use, I'm in New Zealand & these are for my mums 75 birthday!
Mum loves her flowers so I'm sure these will put a smile on her face…
We needed a prompt and suitably impressive product, to convey support and encouragement to an absent colleague. The flower arrangement was received quickly and efficiently. The recipient was extremely impressed and grateful. She even contacted me over a week later, giving a glowing report of the excellent condition of the flowers. I have used Eflorist on a number of occasions, both professionally and personally and I have never been disappointed. They are always my go-to provider. I ordered flowers for my mum who had fallen down a flight of stairs At the time I was working abroad on a cruise ship. It was so easy ordering online and bring able to track my order right upto delivery giving me peace of mind.
Ordered flowers to cheer up a poorly friend which she never recieved. I recieved tracking number from couriers yodel who say parcel delivered but wasn't. From reviews it looks like a few gone missing. Avoid ordering from these until they get a decent courier. No chance of a refund. All was well until it came to delivery and now nobody wants to know and I'm out of pocket
No reply from eflorist customer services either seems they don't reply to their emails or chat
The flowers were booked for yesterday for a reason and completely wasred the surprise.
Disappointed to say the least. According to the yodel tracker they have sitting in the Livingston depot for over a day. Vert poor service.
Ordered the flowers for delivery today for a birthday which did not show even though the order confirmed delivery would be on Friday.
I expect a refund but I suppose I might as well bash my head against a brick wall for all the hope of getting one. No customer service department open to complain.
Quick and easy! I sent this to my partner that lives in the UK (I'm from the States) and she loves them! I'm so glad to find a service that made sending her flowers so easy! They also answer their emails very quickly! She was very happy and excited when they were delivered and loves them a lot! I already ordered her another bouquet with chocolates and a teddy this time!

Quick ane clear what to do
Arrived a put a smile on my daughters face as she is currently isolating with covid
I needed to send birthday wishes to my daughter in Edinburgh from NY and I found this amazing service, eFlorist UK. The website was easy to use and the whole process was quick and easy. My daughter loved the roses and the box of chocolate was an added bonus! Thank you for your service!
Ordered flowers with a promotion of free chocolates. These chocolates are worth £5 at Tesco to buy separately so I thought this was a good promotion and was the reason I so spent £42 with this company.
Chocolates were never delivered which they company admitted and told me as they chocolates were free I wasn't entitled to any refund but out of their goodwill they will refund £2.
The only reason I went with this company was the promotion. That is exactly why they offer you a promotion, to entice your business. To be told they were free anyway and therefore I am not entitled to any compensation is wrong, condescending and insulting. If a company messes up the agreed order, they should make it right. Companies do this all the time, offer you a enticement to get your business, don't deliver but keep your money anyway with no consequence to them. They have my money, which they wouldn't have gotten without that promotion and yet by not delivering their promotion they still make money in the end.
This company may as well offer you a free car with every bunch of flowers. Not deliver the car but say well it was free anyway so we aren't going to refund you. Sounds ridiculous doesn't it? But that's exactly what has happened. It's on a smaller scale but if that free promotion gets another 100 people through the door and they continue to not deliver and not offer a proper amount of compensation then it's a win win for the company but a lose for the consumer.
I don't mind that the chocolates were forgotten, accidents happen but to be told they were free and therefore why I get compensation as a result is horrible customer service. After pointing this out and being offered less than a 5% refund out of their "goodwill" is just as bad customer service. Own up to the mistake and make it right.
Can not fault the service and quality.
Excellent value for money.
Thank you - you have made someone very happy
Have used eflorist on several occasions the recipients of the flowers have always been very happy with the flowers. Easy to use website.
I've recently had a funeral spray, a basket and two bunches of roses and freesia. They have all been excellent, beautifully fresh and good colours. I would certainly order again.
In my world, eFlorist UK have taken over Interflora in every way, from ease of ordering to delivery - their web site is so easy to navigate and the confirmation email is nicely personalised- they have my continued custom and I wish them good fortune for the future
I send flowers to my parents quite regularly & previously have used a different company. This time, they couldn't offer same day delivery so I found eFlorist UK. Having ordered in the morning, a bouquet was delivered early afternoon. My Mum & Dad are delighted with the flowers & also said the person who delivered them was charming. I live in Spain so can't visit my parents. It's important to me to put a little brightness into their lives. Thank you so much for helping me do that. I will be using your service again.
Sadly I'm a little disappointed in what arrived to my mother yesterday. Sent flowers as I couldn't see her due to me having covid. The bunch that was sent was very small in my opinion. I understand they come in sizes but for £20 i expected a little more than what she had received
I have used EFlorist on several occasions, firstly during lockdown then I continued afterwards. In my experience it is a well organised business, keeping me updated on my order and delivering when promised.
Unfortunately, my latest order (which I had delivered to my own address and not to the recipient) arrived promptly, but, on opening the box, I was sadly disappointed with the quantity of flowers for the money. I am aware that the flowers in bud will eventually open out and make the bouquet look fuller, but, still, I could have bought at least double, or triple the quantity of flowers (paid for medium size) for my money.
The 'free chocolates' too were a let down. A tiny 'box' containing four chocolates. I should know by now, that there is no such thing in life as a 'free lunch'...
It is a convenient service if you cannot see the person who you are gifting flowers to, but shan't use EFlorist again for reasons above.
(I wish my recipients of previous bouquets had been honest with me about their flowers, I feel embarrassed now I've actually seen the quality...)
Always so easy to use. Great variety and quality of flowers and super speedy delivery. Whatever the occasion there is always a good selection to choose from.
I have recently bought some flowers off you for my auntie to tell her I was thinking of her and wow they are beautiful most of all she loves them and they arrived when you said they would so thank you I will definitely recommend you
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
