Last minute

Ordered flowers from here on Friday morning at 830ish am. Requested for the flowers to be at the address provided by no latwr than 1330! They arrived ahead of time. I spoke on the live chat to confirm if my request would have been adhered too and they said they would try and make it as close to my time as possible. This is a fantastic service for all of you out there that are last minute like myself.

Delivery was on time. Although what makes my recipient disappointed are:
The wrapper looks like it was not even thought about, nothing special about it. Also, the bouquet I ordered was large, but what was delivered is only just the standard size. I regret not ordering flowers from the grocery stores instead.

Absolutely shocking

Received the flowers I ordered today and they absolutely shocking and looking nothing like what I ordered, wilting and 1 rose on the entire bunch and if that's a large bunch of flowers biggest rip off going! I've added a picture please feel free to compare what your advertising to what I've just received

Disappointing

It seemed really easy to order the flowers, however, once I had paid for them, I then received an email to tell me they will be delivered within a day or two of the requested date and that the flowers will be closed. If I had known this prior to paying, I would have gone elsewhere. This is just another example of poor customer care, you make sure you take the money and then inform the customer that they might not get what they just paid for, and then, put in place several hoops for the customer to jump through to try and get their money back. I will never use this service again and I will warn people of how poor the service has been.

The bouquet that arrived today was very disappointing the roses look half dead and the rest could be any thing I don't think they will flower and for the price an absolute disgrace will not be using this company again

I wanted to send some flowers to my daughter in law who had Covid, and googled same day delivery. I had never heard of or used eFlorist before, but they came up on my search and promised same day delivery if ordered by 2pm.
I ordered at 13-21 for West London delivery and my d-i-l texted me at 15-30 to express her delight at what had arrived.
The photos looked exactly like the photo and she was delighted. Good value for online florists, with a premium for same day delivery to be expected. Would definitely use again to see if it works in the sticks!

Very Efficient Service

I ordered my flowers yesterday to be delivered on 26th Feb. I realised that I had made a spelling mistake and e-mailed them to make the amendment. It was with dealt with very promptly and I await delivery of my flowers to my Aunt and Uncle for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Hopefully the flowers will be as Excellent as the Service.

Saved my relationship

I live in Detroit Michigan (USA). My beautiful fiancé lives in morpeth Northumbria. We met in the USA two years ago. She went back to the UK, and Covid hit all of us. I thought that I would never see her because of the distance, and all the restrictions they were weighing down on our relationship. I bought flowers for her from your business last Valentine's Day.
