Just received my order and lucky enough I opened the box to check on the roses and they are dead! They have clearly been made up early and just left without proper care for the roses I paid over £70 for these roses and they aren't even worth £20 absolutely shocking better off going to Asda!

Received a bunch of roses. No ring at the door. Found outside in the pouring rain inside a soaked box. The roses looked the worse for it! Don't know how long they had been left! No card or label! So, no message to my wife for Valentines!

First and last time I will use eflorist. £30 later and the £5bunch at Tesco looks 3x the size of the flowers that arrived! Disgusting and a rip off.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
