You really need to look at the product verses the picture as they do not resemble each other what so ever. Tescos flowers were a 1/3 of the price and were considerably better quality and were also a proper large bouquet, My wife brought these for a friend Saturday, Stupidly, I thought the Bouquet that was going to be delivered to my wife on Sunday would have put them to shame. How wrong and how embarrassed was I. I feel embarassed as I have used your company to send flowers to a memeber of staff that had a bereavement, I really hope the qualty and quanity was better than this.

I order two bunches at two separate points. Having just received both parcels and opening them, I've binned them and am now rushing around like a fool to purchase flowers that don't look like garage flowers. The bunch of 50 roses was stuffed into the bottom end of the box in one corner (no it wasn't a big box) not at any point did the picture or any words suggest that it would be miniature roses that had been kicked around the delivery depot. The pictures I've attached 1• a picture you kindly sent in the box of what I was expecting and 2• what I actually got. Most of the flowers went in the bin as they were battered. No points for guessing which is which. I put my hand in the picture for size reference. I can assure you that neither me nor my wife is as impressed as the women in your picture. The other bunch was slightly less beaten up but still disappointing. I'll stick to going local in future.

The flowers and gift looked OK. However, the choice of courier needs sorting out. Yodel are probably the worse courier company going. I was told by Yodel that my parcel would be delivered at 11O'clock now I am being told it will be between 17:23-19:23.! The flowers are being delivered to a school which of course will be closed. 'Customer Service' at Yodel can't change the delivery address once the driver is out on delivery so as a consequence the flowers won't be delivered on 14th Feb and they can't given me a date when they will be.
This is the first and the last time I will be using Eflorist given they use this useless courier service

Very nice flowers that were well packaged with chocolates, great communication and delivery, thank you.
I ordered the rose and lily bouquet for my sister and her husband's golden wedding anniversary, as I am housebound and unable to visit them. They are so pleased with the flowers which arrived on time in very good condition, and well packed. With a lovely box of chocolates I have seen a photo of them, and can see how fresh they are, and still in bud, so should last for some time. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.
50 Roses delivered - apparently supposed to be 'in bud' so had them delivered ahead of valentines day. In reality, the flowers were already well open, with over 80% of the stems already ageing and blackened round the edges. Several others
The 'specially designed box' was too big for the bouquet so had been loose in the box causing more damage to the stems.
The 'free chocolates' was the tiniest possible box, with possibly 4 chocs inside (not opened yet).
That said, I reached out to the eFlorist Customer Service team who reviewed the images I sent. Within the hour I received confirmation, an apology and a full refund. So on service they have been excellent, nothing more they could have done to resolve this.
Overall, the stems are of very low quality, mostly old showing signs of ageing, several damaged. Certainly very different to the image or description of the product, and would not be appropriate for a special or credible Valentines gift, aside from the 'it's the thought that counts' response you'd mostly likely get!
Better products available at the supermarket or garage.

Ordered birthday flowers on 7th February to be delivered 13th February, giving plenty of notice. Kept getting updates changing delivery time from 5.25 pm to 9.50pm. Still no confirmation of delivery.
Flowers are always delivered on time, always look exactly how they are advertised and the free chocolates are an added bonus! Will always buy from eFlorist! 5*'s!
The bouquet cost £45 but honestly looked like a £10 bunch of supermarket flowers. I've placed several orders in the past but will look elsewhere first in future
Very disappointed with this purchase. The flowers arrived dead in the box along with all the greenery. You also hardly got any Flowers. Ended up going to the supermarket and got a full healthy bunch for half the price. 2nd bad experience with this company in 2 years so I would avoid.
Paid extra to get a larger bunch for my wife to cheer her up as she is unwell. The flowers not only reflected her health but also her mood she was in before, not the pick me up I wanted her to have.
Attempted to make an alteration to my order minutes after it was placed and I was informed this was not possible. Would suggest using another service as I have never had this problem when using anyone else.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
