Delivered late in the evening with several broken and crushed flowers a pitifully small bunch of flowers for £26 even though I selected a medium sized bouquet. Some of the flowers were already wilting. Utterly dismal.
I ordered what was supposedly a "large spring bouquet" for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, at a cost of about £32, and it was absolutely pathetic. I was genuinely incredibly embarrassed. For context, she put them next to some white roses I bought her a few days ago, and the bunch of roses looked far bigger and more impressive. The difference being the white roses cost just £6.

My advice would be to not risk using eflorist, unless you want to run the risk of looking like a cheapskate and being totally humiliated.
Flowers dumped at front gate (not left safely in front porch as stated by Yodel), box and most feeble looking bunch of flowers (not like the photos on their website) crushed inside.
No receipt or product reference provided when order placed, so no way of checking whether I've been sent the right thing.

Ordered flowers for my wife for valentines day second time round Great flowers but as ever they trusted yodel to deliver them and I had to pick them up from her work outside the gate at 7pm at night so the surprise flowers at work didn't go to plan shocking!

Just received my delivery of flowers chocolates and vase and candle the flowers don't look so fresh the candle box is ripped and the case was £5 I believe and plastic disappointed.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
