I ordered flowers for my daughter on Valentines Day as I do every year.
The product number was DE20AYRMM13. Firstly, the flowers arrived around 20:15 hrs which seems extremely late. Secondly although the flowers were ok, the box they came in was completely trashed. Finally, the flowers should have come with some free chocolates as advertised, but there were none. I understand that Valentines Day is a particularly busy time, but unfortunately my expectations from you did not live up to your advertising. Unfortunately, I will not be using your service again.
Could have bought the same in a supermarket for £3.50 and chocolates for £1.50 flowers are dead and chocolates are not great. I won't be using this service again go to a local florist and get great value for money

The website confirmed the order and the delivery date of Valentine's Day, which was one of the reasons i chose eFlorist.
When the confirmation arrived it stated that the bouquest could arrive after this date with Yodel, the choice of delivery company used.
Fortunately Yodel delivered early afternoon on the 14th.
My first point, but not the most important, is - don't show delivery dates in your catalogue then wait until order is placed and paid for to tell customers that the order could arrive after the given date.
The most important point, though is the bouquet. Not in a very satisfactory state with some of the flowers beginning to wither by the end of the 14th with covering photographs taken this evening. The flowers were placed in fresh water on receipt. I would have expected that they would have lasted at least 5 days or so before any signs of deterioration. Only the white roses appear to be nearly fresh.
Ultimately the person most disappointed was my wife. I do buy flowers fairly regularly from larger stores and, after this, will probably return to doing so as theirs tend to look fresh and last longer.

The flowers were delivered at 5pm last night, they were half dead. The lovely red roses I ordered were black crumpled, they looked cheap and horrible. Really disappointed.
Using a new company for the first time is daunting. However, eFlorist were an excellent provider. They offered a great choice of bouquets at a very reasonable prices. The flowers arrived in an excellent condition and once in water they regained their vibrancy. All in all the Valentines gift went down a treat especially with the pack of chocolates that came with the bouquet. Highly recommended.

Ordered 12 roses got 11, vase is plastic, the teddy I could of brought for £3 saving £2. The card is that basic I could off made one better myself, good job I did make one. Would I never use this site again NO. Next time I will go to my nearest flower shop. I only used this site as recovering from a day operation. Never ever again
Ordered a dozen red roses. Thought would try a new supplier. Only received 11 roses (not sure who could not count) and of the 11 roses received 2 looked off colour already. Also should have checked fine print which said delivery could be up to 9pm on the day. Who orders something fior delivery on a special occasion and has go wait for so long. Bedtime they arrived the day had almost gone! Won't be using again. Also wants you to sign up to an account and attach proof of order to be able to submit your review!
Flowers were delivered to the wrong address. The driver did not bother to state this... Poor communication from company... No number just an email address. Very disappointed.

I paid for a 30 stem bouquet to be delivered to my partner, but was shocked when I got home to find a tiny 10 stem bouquet was received. The minimum you could select was 15 so I really don't know how this was messed up. I could have got better from a supermarket so I will not use eflorist ever again.

I ordered these flowers and they arrived over an hour and a half later than the latest delivery time. The flowers were not fresh and in fact were covered with mould. I also paid extra for a vase that was not included.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
