Bouquet for valentines day was disgusting and looked so cheap even though charged £60. Flowers for a 10er at local shop looked better. More importantly not delivered until a day late which totally ruined the day. So disappointed with this service I would never recommend or use again, local shop for me next time.

Valentines flowers sent and the WRONG personal message inserted into the box. This almost caused a break-up and a lot of explanation from my side and proof, as you can expect the incorrect message had a different name, therefor the thoughts turn to cheating. All I got back was a simple apology, that shocked me, I provided the image of the message received and what I had actually written.

Bought 50 red roses for valentines okish price standard delivery didnt pack extras that were paid for and no response when complained despite saying they would respond within 24 hours its now been 5 days. Flowers were packed well but not great quality which is a shame for the price charged could have got 100 better looking red roses with nicer colour at my local supermarket for the same price. Paid for a vase to be delivered with flowers this did not arrive and when sent an email to complain i have been completely ignored save money and time by going somewhere else they will not recieve another penny of my custom again

Ordered a "large bouquet" for my wife and I's wedding anniversary with flowers that matched the flowers we had on our wedding. Honestly, I could've picked better flowers with my eyes closed 2 weeks ago when the flowers were still alive! I could've also picked more and arranged them better! The look absolutely nothing like the pictures, just less of everything!

Looked like end of life garage flowers left at my doorstep poor quality, sparce and expensive for what they where.
I like to send flowers to my sister & other family in the uk, this has been a easy process for me as I'm in Australia, price & delivery seem reasonable.
My girlfriend received the flowers they were just left by the front door and then some of the leaves were black and dead

I wanted to get my wife some nice flowers for valentines day so went online to order from my LOCAL florist. Tapped in the local florists name and thanks to this companies misleading metatags/keywords of using my local companies name I ordered from them thinking they was working on behalf of my local (see photo). I spent £35 with them as I am familiar with my local florists quality and value for money and knew that these flowers was going to be lovely for this price... Sunday came, I got an email from yodel to tell me they had my parcel. I instantly smelt a rat so checked and the penny dropped. My wife works in retail, a few doors away from the florist I wanted to order from and they know when to deliver ie opening times. Yodel stated 1732hrs delivery, they came at around 1830hrs and taken to another address. I had to go get them myself, pointless. Anyway got them home and gave them to my wife and she opened them, her reaction was oh dear, it was pathetic, plastic vase, snapped stems, squashed flowers, petals missing, it was no way worth £35. I went to asda the day before and bought £5 worth of flowers and they matched the quality and got better value for money.
I will never recommend this company. Buy local.
The tulips I ordered is exquisitely beautiful. They are still delivered in bud form so that the receiver will aesthetically enjoy the flowers for a long time. It was a birthday surprise for my friend on her 50th birthday and she was so thrilled when she got it. I highly recommend the shop for a prompt delivery. I will definitely order again.

Quality and price are alot to be desired. Purchased 12 roses for my wife for valentines day. They arrived on the scheduled day however flowers did not look fresh and presentation was poor. £29.99 was well over priced, I seen better looking roses which were presented beautifully in a box at our local supermarket.
Lesson learned won't buy again online.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
