Bouquet of flowers

Very, very disappointed. Did not receive what was advertised. Very expensive for what I received. Looked in a poor state. I will not use this service again. I should have gone to ALDI, which are better quality and 1/10th of the price.

Fantastic service!

The flowers I ordered were a birthday gift for my sister. She was delighted with them and so was I (she sent me a photo!). They were delivered on the day I requested and the delivery company advised me when they were despatched and when they'd been delivered.
Fabulous service; I'll be using Eflorist again!

This present of beautiful flowers were for a 91yr old lady, she was absolutely thrilled. The young delivery man called Tom was very polite and the flowers were delivered on time as stated.

Lovely Bouquet

Ordered a lovely bouquet which when arrived the flowers were in bud but soon started to open up and look beautiful. Love this arrangement. EFlorist heled me with the choice of flowers for my bouquet as I wanted pet friendly flowers and needed some help. Good service, will use again.

Flowers for valentines day!

Having to choose flowers for delivery this year due to self-isolation I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of arrangements for valentines day.
With a discount offer, and a free small box of chocolates to accompany the flowers for delivery, it made total sense. The flowers arrived as planned and I received good communication.
The flowers are still going strong 6 days later, and my wife absolutely loves them. The colours are amazing and match our candles making the dining table look lovely.
I would recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

I picked a beautiful bouquet called serenity for a friend. She sent me a picture to say thank you. I could have picked a much nicer bunch up from aldi for about £4. Absolutely disgusted. See photos below.

Quick and efficient

A great all round service but unfortunately would have been better if the delivery method was not separate to Yodel. Yodel needs to send the pics back tot the florist for them to send out to the customer as i cannot locate any pics.

I've used eFlorist a few times, but the last couple I've had issues with their preferred delivery service. 1st time Yodel left the flowers on the doorstep in full sunshine in the middle of summer, neglected to bother ringing the door bell. This time they were supposed to deliver on Valentines Day, marked the flowers as delivered on tracking, but nothing here. Chased them a couple of times only for them to decide that they weren't delivered due to damage! Eflorist redelivered a few days later, but what's the point of using a florist if they can't guarantee delivery on Valentines Day.

Not worth the money

The bouquet we received was extremely disappointing.
There were a couple of stems I threw away immediately as they were limp, with the leaves torn and hanging from the stem.
The amount of flowers was also disappointing. What we received for £35 was the same as a bouquet you could buy in a supermarket for around £5-£10
I won't be ordering from you again and I would not recommend anyone else to either.

Can't praise these guys enough, flowers delivered within a few hours of ordering, text updates throughout the whole process which is a fab touch as I didn't have to sit wondering if they had been delivered. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful too:)

Not very good had too refresh the page and it alto put my address rather then the address I wanted it too go to, I noticed stright away the error and asked for them too change it before labels was printed and had a replie saying no due too high demand for the price I think that was wrong won't be useing again!..

Absolutely shocking

Received a bouquet of flowers from this company, paid good money for a display off their website and what we got was nothing like advertised it was shocking, you could get a better bouquet of flowers from supermarkets for a quarter of the price.The rely from this company was leave it for 24 hours as they are in bud, but my partner was so disgusted with them plus what I had paid and threw them in the bin. Then went to a local florist to buy another bouquet for Valentines day. Customer service is a joke.
