I ordered some beautiful flowers for my daughter's 20th birthday at 6 pm and they arrived the next day in the early afternoon. And also with a box of free chocolates. Being abroad whilst she is at University in Durham made the day a bit difficult for me but she was overjoyed with the pretty flowers and she getting a surprise bouquet was a lovely surprise!

I ordered some flowers for my friends Mam. The process is simple and easy enough but I think it would be nice if once the flowers are prepared the person whom raised the order was emailed a photograph. I have no idea how nice the flowers are and it seems impolite to ask, especially in the case of a bereavement. I would to be able to see what I had ordered so I could praise the quality of the produce as the method of ordering is very easy.

I usually pay £8 for a bunch of flowers from my local tesco. I thought I'd treat her with some flowers from a "proper" florists. I wish I hadn't bothered. I would've got better quality from tesco at a fraction of the price. This really is a sorry state of flowers. The bouquet I usually by from tesco is so much bigger and so much nicer looking. I certainly will NOT be buying from this site again

Ordered flowers for my mum after her op. Unfortunately she had to stay in longer than expected. I tried to change the day they were being delivered and gave them 48hours notice. They said I had left it to late to change delivery date. Would never use again.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
