Shocking- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I would strongly recommend not buying flowers from here. Really disappointed with the pure quality and lack of flowers for £30. You can easily purchase flowers for a faction of the cost in a local supermarket for what they send to you. Save yourself the disappointment. Customer service shocking also" you have to wait until they bloom" ignoring the fact that there are hardly any flowers at all. Extremely poor all round.

I ordered 100 roses and paid with the glass vase for $5.99. The roses was on the box without the glass vase. Also the roses are very small that can fit a small vase. Hoping my next order is okay.

Valentines Day is inevitably one of the busiest times of the year for a florist, so some attitude with quality of experience could be expected.
I was impressed with the promptness of the morning delivery (14th Feb) and the packaging of the requested dozen roses.
Great disappointment however, when opening the box, to find some petal damage on some of the flowers, and the poor quality of the "backing" foliage, which looked as if it had been hastily plucked from someones back yard or hedge row!
As a frequent purchaser from eFlorist, I have always been impressed with flower quality, so lets hope that this was just a "one off"; shame it was on such a significant day!

The lovely bouquet of flowers and the additional gift of a box of chocolates was very well received by the recipient who was in need of cheering up. She was experiencing a dark time in her life and her unexpected gift gave her an immediate lift fro her sadness. The terms and conditions of eFlorist Uk were met to the full and I was extremely impressed with the effectiveness of the organisation and delivery.

Was not happy with delivery or bouquet so small to say I ordered large not worth money for delivery or flowers and given I ordered 4 days prior to delivery would expect them to have been delivered earlier I know you can pay extra for morn delivery but I paid to much for what my receipient received

Tried to cancel this order 1hr 20 mins after placing it because of unavoidable circumstances, offered to reorder when it was appropriate and was told I was too late as it had already been made up. Cannot believe that was the case due to the short window. Will not be using this service again.

The order process was ok normal website, delivery was awful the driver dropped them off at the reception desk and my wife had to leave a meeting to come and fetch them she was happy with them and I was happy she was happy.

Then she brought them home and I'm absolutely flabagated at the arrangement it was nothing like I ordered and hardly any flowers

No way worth the £45 I paid

Would never ever use again

Disappointed with the service I received as I tried to update an incorrect postcode only to be told cannot change at all although I had only oka ex the order. The flowers have arrived but size of bunch is very small compared to images. Won't be using again.
