I would strongly recommend not buying flowers from here. Really disappointed with the pure quality and lack of flowers for £30. You can easily purchase flowers for a faction of the cost in a local supermarket for what they send to you. Save yourself the disappointment. Customer service shocking also" you have to wait until they bloom" ignoring the fact that there are hardly any flowers at all. Extremely poor all round.

This is the second time I have ordered flowers for a friend and the service has been great. The flowers have looked lovely and the chocolates have been a bonus. Will definitely use eflorist again.
I ordered 100 roses and paid with the glass vase for $5.99. The roses was on the box without the glass vase. Also the roses are very small that can fit a small vase. Hoping my next order is okay.

Bought a large bouquet and its the equivalent of a 10 pounds from morrisons, expected more. Its easy coz they deliver but what they deliver is pure disappointment.
Tried to cancel this order 1hr 20 mins after placing it because of unavoidable circumstances, offered to reorder when it was appropriate and was told I was too late as it had already been made up. Cannot believe that was the case due to the short window. Will not be using this service again.
The order process was ok normal website, delivery was awful the driver dropped them off at the reception desk and my wife had to leave a meeting to come and fetch them she was happy with them and I was happy she was happy.
Then she brought them home and I'm absolutely flabagated at the arrangement it was nothing like I ordered and hardly any flowers

I ordered flowers to cheer up and embarrass my girlfriend at work and it worked a treat she was well happy with them and also got the full attention of all the people she works with
Disappointed with the service I received as I tried to update an incorrect postcode only to be told cannot change at all although I had only oka ex the order. The flowers have arrived but size of bunch is very small compared to images. Won't be using again.
I order a red roses bouquet for a birthday and this one arrived on time and with beautiful ones. Delivery arrived on time and it was a beautiful surprise.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
